Can we just take a minute to appreciate how smart ZombieCleo is? Bdub's trap was going to be really obvious, but she managed to save the day and make it look like she was stealing it from Bdubs. From Scar's video, I had no idea that this interaction was not a genuine conflict between ZombieCleo and Bdubs.

i can't help but wonder why he didnt just put the observer under the enchanting table itself, someone who happens upon it would be more likely to mine it up and run off than stand there enchanting from a barrel of "lapis". Either way, really obvious trap, but still.

Spoiler alert Etho proves time and time again that he is a scarily powerful teammate

Watching this after watching Grian's makes me realise how similar Bdubs had it with him in this and the last session, but also how differently things worked out. Both were majorly responsible for creating their base their allies live in, both went red in session 4 because of falling in the nether and became yellow in this session. They also both tried to make their closest ally red like them so they could stay allies. The difference is Grian was kicked out while Bdubs was allowed to stay (albeit on his side), and Etho worked hard to give Bdubs a life while none of Grian's former allies tried to get him a life (Grian had to work with Joel to threaten Scar to give them lives).

Etho played that so well!!! Hahaha

Nice idea not putting the trap directly under the enchanting table. One thing I've never seen anyone do is put observers under the 4 blocks on each side of something. That way, if someone digs to check for or disarm a trap, it'll blow. People are used to digging around lucky or inconvenient block traps. A stack of two under the suspicious block will make sure it works in either case.

Bdubs, your idea of the soul sand floor worked flawlessly when escaping from cleo, she was slow until the soul soil, so soul sand is better, it's a perfect idea!
