The Overworld needs a hero! The piglins are here, hungry to claim new territory - and they will devour everything in their path to exploit this gentle land. This game looks great, but I'm just sad that it (as well as Minecraft Dungeons) has so many features that aren't in the original game. I'd love to have badgers and yellow allays some day in normal Minecraft. Also, look at all of the new flowers and vegetation we see in these trailers. They would be amazing to have!

They did a mob vote that had mobs from Minecraft Earth and Minecraft Dungeons: the moobloom and glow squid from Minecraft Earth, and the Iceologer from Minecraft Dungeons. It's most likely that they will come in the form of either a mob vote or just an update in general.

I love the idea that even the overworld hostile mobs will work with the hero to fight the nether mobs, it feels somehow wholesome in a weird way, idk guess im not used to skeletons firing with us rather then against us

It is b/c the world is in the past and the mobs did not know how to fight, it was peaceful until the piglins attacked,and the hero saved, then they saw the hero and learned to fight

Awesome. I'm not too big on this genre, but it's cool to see the MC lore be expanded upon. One thing I've really wanted to see though is a procedurally generated world like in Minecraft with RPG elements akin to Daggerfall, but at a larger scale with of course the beautiful world generation possible with MC. One day hopefully this will be a dream come true :)

NGL, I have no clue if I'm gonna get this. It seems to have a cool concept, and the idea that The Nether is like a disease, spreading throughout the overworld isn't far fetched. When you look at the ruined portals in Minecraft, Netherack is shown to be spread around the portal. It's like it was spreading from the portal when it was opened. Edit: Seeing that we're gonna band together with the overworld mobs is pretty dope.

You don't even need to speculate wether that last part is true or not, cuz it's just outright confirmed. One thing that should be clear is that the world of the game is not real and not an actual event that/will happened, hence its title and world setting.

Dungeons take place in future, it may be possible but Illagers probably don't exist at this point. Or we would have seen them.

It is established that mc lore ought to remain constant regardless of when the features were added, so we should assume that features added in 1.19 were already there in 1.10, its just that you couldn't find them (lore wise, not irl ofc).

@@Killerbee4712 I said that because Illagers are mostly absent in the Legends Trailer, despite having such massive presence in Dungeons. Not to mention they would had been the best allies considering they are also human-like fighters like our player character. Maybe they will be present in Legends who knows and wasn't shown in the trailer yet, but I have a strong suspicion they probably don't exist yet, as it's an old story when even Hostile OverWorld Mobs were friendly, so having Pillagers don't make sense as their entire purpose is to be evil and hostile which doesn't fit in with Legends Story.

Remember this is just a legend, and legends can be twisted through time or deceit. Perhaps the Piglins were originally peaceful, but the villagers told a different story after banishing them to the Nether.
