I should probably explain a bit more in depth the actual situation here, so progress can be made. Sillvia is Genderfluid, which means their gender identity shifts around depending on mood. This is a real thing, and makes people feel happy and more connected with their true identity. You may be mistaking Gender with Sex. You can be biologically male and express your Gender identity as being a woman. Vice versa applies. Some people get sex change operations so their oh-so-important genitalia and sex organs people always like to talk about for some reason match their gender identity. Gender identity is another aspect of personality and is in no way a "delusion".

Age is based on time. Time is a set in stone concept and, to our current knowledge, cannot be manipulated or changed. Gender is an expression of personality. Again, you are confusing gender with sex. Sex is based on physical body type. Genitalia, chromosomes, the works (Though recent studies have shown that to be outdated too, but that's a whole other can of worms). Gender is simply another means of expressing who you are as a person. Someone who likes to present femininely may want to be called a woman because it better represents who they are, even if they are biologically male. Note the uses of male/female(sex related terms) and man/woman (gender related terms) being used differently depending on the context (though they are still frequently used interchangably). In any case, why are you denying people the happiness and freedom to be who they want? It isn't hurting you in literally any way shape or form. All your arguing and hatred is only making you look like a dick. Even if you don't understand the logistics or science or whatever of the concept, that doesn't mean you have to hate people who like to be themselves. Maybe you should look again at who is being the snowflake. You see people, just living their best and most comfortable lives, and you feel the need to go all "ackshually" and butt in with outdated science and strange metaphors which are horridly out of context.
