Well random fun fact the phantom has only a few blocks it can't go through and one of them is bedrock so they wouldn't be able to phase up the tower it would be cool if they could tho

well tbh he just didn't prepare properly, he had like no clue how tf to mine stone while the other two knew their origin way better, probably since its simpler if he wanted to, brewing strength potions would allow the mining of stone so he should have done that at some point in time especially if he was afraid of not being able to mine endstone, and phantoms cannot travel through obsidian as well as blazeborn can be extinguished in order to remove the damage boost, it seems like no matter what they did it was like the hunters looked over their powers and the others powers better than the speedrunner did

I mean, Baablu choose the origins for both his hunters. He could have chosen disadvantageous one for them. Each one has its own drawbacks that have different weights and it doesn't seem like they all researched their origins before the video. Phantoms, in addition to the togglable phantom state that makes them invis and able to walk through blocks, quickly lose hunger in the state, burn in the day while not in that state, and have 3 less hearts. Blazes, while immune to fire damage, hunger effect and poison effect, and deals extra damage while on fire, take damage from water. That is probably the most tame drawback, though it does put some environments against the Blaze, allows others to weaponize the water buckets they likely have, and deters the blaze from MLG Water Bucket-ing. Felines, while being immune to fall damage, scaring creepers, and having a slight jump boost and night vision, have 1 less heart and cannot mine that is mostly adjacent to other stone. In short, if a Stone block has more than 2 stone adjacent to it, then the feline cannot mine it. I don't know what all counts as Stone for this qualification. I'd say the feline is likely the least useful of the 3. The drawbacks are a bit annoying in a Manhunt, but not debilitating. Phantom needs a lot of upkeep, but being able to walk through walls is a powerful ability, so I think it is better than feline. I think Blaze is the best of these. Avoiding water when someone knows it is your weakness isn't easy, but with a partner, your opponent cannot focus solely on dousing you. I also don't know how significant the damage boost is for burning. I remember the ending to a different manhunt where someone (I think Boosfer, who was the runner) died from nearly full health to an Eleytran, since they do double damage while using they're eleytra.

Wash the oil and grease off those creepers!

Really not true, feline is good for manhunt. The no fall damage, the jumpboost to escape and the night vision is great. Along with the health not being massively reduce makes it a viable option. Stone is possible to get, via explosions, the odd bit that he can mine, and cobble gens. Once he has a furnace and a pick he will be fine.
