You used the glitched shield hack when entering the nether with your shield up. The glitch allows you to block hits without using shield durability and still letting you sprint. You sadly disabled it but actually using you shield. You can tell that the glitch/hack worked because you can hear you blocking hit when you came out of the nether portal. It also works going back into the overworld.

You can tell that before he was on gold blocks but after there is gravel in the background. Also in that shot he has an enchantment table but as soon as the pearls appear the enchantment table disappears. He also loses 35 cooked mutton. You can also see that it’s just a picture because the enchantment effect on the compressed sugar isn’t moving.
