About Mechanical Mastery Modpack:
Mechanical Mastery is an automation-focused skyblock modpack in which players have their tech mod knowledge put to the test. Players use ProjectE to purchase raw ore "chunks" with EMC, which can be processed into their respective ingots. then craft custom-made "mechanical crystals", which can then be sold back for much more EMC than their basic resource cost! This modpack is focused on automation and automation only, so the only items that have EMC are the basic resource chunks and the final mechanical crystals which can be sold for a net EMC profit. These "crystals" are divided into multiple tiers, each requiring the previous one plus many more steps of automation and mods required to craft them. There is a quest book chapter for each mechanical crystal which will guide you into how you can make each crystal, and what each of them unlocks. It features custom ore processing for up to 25x ingots per ore!

I haven't watched the whole video yet but I needed to say this anyway, you can put a quark chest in the crafting grid by itself to turn it into a normal chest. They may have changed it though.

Project Ozone 3 has a great solution to this problem, the transmutation table is a fucking nightmare and half to craft

@@ryanstewart531 i did po3 kappa, everything after the table was rather easy, especially if you hook ur ae2 network to an emc link, dj2 handles it better by limiting what your able to emc to things you would have already fully automated to reach there, basically just using it as a storage method and a way to compact automation settups to reduce lag

projecte is just a very “free” mod every modpack has to nerf projecte or gate it behind an impossible craft at which point you’ve already beaten the pack like avaritia items. what’s the point of putting projecte when you arent even gonna use it? use avaritia, basically the same thing. at least when pack nerf projecte, it still gets to be used

you can take the chests from quark which will connect to each other of the same type, but put them into a crafting grid and it'll turn into a vanilla minecraft chest

i briefly played project ozone way back. the random rewards from the quests, from chance cubes, and from loot bags in that put me off almost any random reward pack ever. just wasnt worth while making tech progression when a fast mob farm provided me with everything i could want.

Age of engineering is basically the classic example of why bees are often done badly, if you have been using ANY other solution for your resources besides bees, suddenly you hit a point where you have to breed your way through 20 some tiers of bees that gives you nothing you don't already have. though for rewards you need, i HAVE to give mention to Blightfall, where the rewards are almost always useful and the rep system for purchasing rewards is pretty well balanced-even the bits of it that ARE rng are the kind of rng you can nod your head at (you can choose a sapling bag, which will give a random sapling. Much better than a loot chest where you have zero idea what it'll contain.)

everyone else: episode 1: this is the modpack name, cuts down a tree makes small platform you: fully automated a chunk of stuff, complete an entire chapter after 15 minutes i was expecting the episode to end shortly, great surprise to then see how wrong i was. personally i love the style, i just hope the algorithm does too

16:15 you don't have to shift+right click on the chest to connect them. if you want the chests to connect, don't shift and just right click next to a chest(although if the surface the chest is standing on is non-existent or you can interact with said surface, then shift+right click on the chest you want it to connect)

My biggest tip: Get yourself a backpack with a crafting upgrade in as soon as you can. Microcrafting will destroy you otherwise.

Farming is kind of a requirement for skyblocks unfortunately. You may want to check out the pack Arcane Isles, is an Ars Noveau & Hexcasting based pack.

Is there the pot mod with them maybe you can get clay and craft like 9 and link them to the EMC power converter and like that you have a passive EMC making until you get better one and you can get dust to on barrel with water to make it clay also dust is porv the cobble to dirt and dirt to gravel and gravel to sand and sand to dust

I'd guess it's because with the addition of raw ores, you can now use fortune on all ores, and so you no longer need the ore doubling to get more ores from the ore block. Of course, in this pack you don't get the ore block, just the raw metal ore.

You could maybe design a cobblestone generator that exploits veinminer a bit better, could be faster than planting saplings for early emc.

assuming you could veinmine 64 blocks per a single block break for cobblestone, that is the equivalent of 2 wood blocks planting, bone mealing, and mining takes less than 5 seconds to do, and you get at least 4 blocks and maybe 13-14 logs if you get a big tree, plus saplings are also 16 emc each with 1 lava source, you could get 12 blocks of cobble, you’d need 6 to maximise.

i never liked the emc mod in mod pack if you would get it very early but i like the idea of you only be able to get the raw materials i mean is noting like play GTNH but is better 44:35 in vanilla does new raw version get affected by fortune if you have the gold block or the iron block and mine it so if you can get fortune you may get more gold and iron. i did not play this pack so i dont know if getting ore blocks is possible or even if they have the fortune thing available or not.

I believe it does but by 2 or 3 ore I think enough to make it worth it not enough to break it :)
