I am very much aware that these blocks appear in different places too, but those were just the first place I could think of. Also, I noticed the sponge depicted is a _dry_ sponge, not a _wet_ one, therefore making it "impossible" to spawn naturally. But here's the thing. There are many instances of ocean monuments glitching and spawning partially or completely on land, resulting in the sponges never becoming wet. Wow you actually read this wall of text, here's a cookie for your troubles.
