@@St3lthy the thing is, a calorie is a unit of energy The case of uranium is very misleading because of multiple reasons: a). Calories are usually associated with the energy that humans can get from a food. Obviously humans can't digest a heavy metal such as uranium, so practically the calories are 0 for human consumption. b). This measurement of 30 billion iirc (I don't remember which exactly) but is calculated for one of two cases. 1. If all of the uranium naturally decayed due to radioactivity it would release this much. This takes many billions of years to happen so practically doesn't. 2. If it undergoes complete nuclear fission in a chain nuclear reaction, which straight up can't happen with natural uranium
i play a lot with this mod and a few tips i can give you is to build something called a "power flower" (google power flower project e) which is the most effective design you can get for an emc farm (since your emc farm at the end is extremely inefficient and annoying to collect lol). you basically build a power flower by placing an energy condenser 3 blocks in the air (so 2 blocks between the ground and the energy condenser) then you place an antimatter relay on all sides of the energy condenser (except the top) and then you place an energy collector on all sides of all antimatter relays and at the end you should have a big blob of energy collectors with a hole in the top which you can access the energy condenser from and take out the stuff and then you can place watches of flowing time to your hearts content. another tip i have for you is to trade with fletchers at the beginning because basically you get 16384 emc out of 128 emc and that 16 times every trade rotation (so when the trades are unlocked). so if you have for example 4 fletchers, you can get up to 1.04 million emc per trade rotation from those 4 fletchers or like 2.08 million emc every single minecraft day (20 minutes) from only 4 fletchers. now imagine you get even more fletchers. its not as effective as lets say a power flower with energy collectors mk3 but considering you literally only need a village and you can get millions of emc every single minecraft day its actually insane. anyway i would love to see another run of yours with these tips of mine. i am 99% sure you can get under 2 hours (3 hours if you count in having fun xd)

I haven’t seen Project E in years. Last time I remember it was back in early tekkit where you could make infinite diamonds from the blaze->powder macerator recipe because the EMC was a net gain from the powder meaning you always had enough to make another blaze rod.
Useful Information for next time :D : In the beginning, you searched @project e . This search will lookup the mod with the name project, and filter items with the letter e. Secondly the Swiftwolfs Rending Gale allows you to fly. Thirdly, and most importantly, the gem leggings make it so when you press shift while flying, you go down by like 5 blocks (as seen in 44:08). Theres also an addon mod that adds a few things, that would be kinda fun to get (for example the Final Star, more Matter and other things). Additionally, the EMC limit is 9.2 Quintillion, which I would think is the actual final goal of the mod. Another thing is that the TPS command is /forge tps (obviously forge only), and the slower the TPS (which it looks like is pretty bad in the video) the slower in game time goes for, which is why the time played anomaly exists for you.
The klien stars are like an emc battery. They store emc for things that use it like the destruction catalyst and the various rings. The one you were looking for that gives creative flight is called the "swiftwolfs rending gale"
Yeah I was just thinking this, a single klein star can store its worth in addition EMC, they're made from diamonds and either mobius fuel or alchemical coal, so said worth is decent, and each tier is 4x the previous, so that adds up fast, they can easily be charged in the left side of the tablet as well. Super good, I get one as soon as I can once I get EMC-using tools
Left side of the grid is for Exporting EMC, so for filling a Klein star with EMC or adjacent things. The Right side has a slot in the middle you can use as a filter. Putting an item anywhere in the table at all will learn it
Alright. So I'll give a few tips if you plan to do another run: - Pressing C on the Philosopher Stone opens a crafting table - Pressing C on the Red Katar activates its ability - You can use the Philosopher Stone to make mobs into other mobs (for different drops) - Swift Wolf's rending gale (the one you need for the Gem boots) can make you fly, you just need fuel - To not waste any inventory soace, you can use a Klein Star and put it on the left side of your transmutation table to charge it. It is basically a battery (the bigger klein star/higher crafting recipe = More EMC stored) - You can put the thing that condenses stuff into red matter and stuff into an alchemical bag for extra storage (it stores dropped stuff into it instead of filling your inventory) - For regen, make the Soul Stone - For pesky hungry, make the Body Stone - For both HP and Hungery, make the Life Stone (All of which will have the same effect when on a pedistal) - Don't forget to experiment with some items by pressing C or G like the Watch of Flowing tome :D
@@St3lthyyeah for the watch of flowing time, if you change modes it turns gold and you can change speeds, I wasn’t too sure if you did it but if you right click on the watch of flowing time you can fast forward time which I’m not too sure would increase how fast they work on the dark matter pedestal
I got 1 hour and 57 min on a random seed, but bc it was really good, I used it as a set seed and got 1 hour and 12 min. The strat is to find a ruined portal (good enough to make a nether portal with it), a desert temple with 4 diamonds, and a really big, flat village. Use paper to trade with librarians during the day (that got me 9 million a day) and don't trade with them at all if they increase prices, just to regulate prices, and use 4 flowers with energy condensers v1 and max collectors and prioritize getting as many pedestals as possible. During the early nights I would sleep through, but late game I used the watch of flowing time. Also you're the reason I decided to speedrun ProjectE. Also also can provide the seed I used if you would like it. Note, my time was getting full gem armor, morningstar, and katar, idk what his goal was in this vid.
Someone else in the comments already mentioned the optimal power flowers, but i'd like to also point out energy collectors need light to generate EMC, any kind of light will work, so you can cover it in torches and be fine, thats why you having less output with all the pedestals on top of the collectors, they where blocking out access to sunlight
14:52 I feel like this would be the perfect moment to either make a diamond pickaxe so you could pick up the transmutation table, or make a second table and throw it in - make a stack and just place them wherever you are. Good as a way to know where you’ve already been.
loved the video I was thinking that the goal should be like in game time fastest to like 10Billion. With better methods you def could. Also from what I understand the difference between Mk1 and Mk2 condenser is that you can use hoppers. Hope you blow up and stuff amazing stuff!
there is a lot of good advice in comments so let me add to it. you can toggle show hitboxes with f3+b you can see the radios in witch the watch of flowing time on a pedistal effetcs. the star thingys have some extra functunality they can store emc and it can be then used insted of gunpowder with the catalist. in the tabel where you can take out iiems the inner ring of items are considered fules so coal, redstone, glowstone, gunpowder etc theas can all be used insted of gunpowder wtih the catilyst. the midle slots of both circles in the tabel can put emc and take emc from stars idk witch one is witch tho.
You can use any "fuel" for those items like Lenses and Catalyst, ex. gunpowder, coal, alchemical coal, blaze powder. Also you can use EMC stored in Klein Stars.
I don't remember if it's in expanded Equivalence or in base mod but there's item called Final Star, pretty expensive. When placed on pedestal and activated, place chest nest to it and drop item onto chest, it will be duped pretty fast.
Don't apologise for it being dark. Make sure you have torches to light things up. This is how to engage people from the beginning of your video, so we don't click away almost immediately.
Just a suggestion to make your videos better use fullbright texture pack you can find it in curseforge or modrinth it would be better and we can actually see the dark places Good video tho keep it up
I would recommend hooking up hoppers below the condensers to funnel all the items to a chest, makes collection much easier and convenient also i found a much more compact design which was easier to expand (even if it is slightly more inefficient than other designs) make a 1 wide tileable module consisting of a condenser placed above a hopper line, to the left and right of the condenser put a relay, on the top, bottom, and farther left/right of the condensers is where the collectors go just place like a dozen or 2 of these single modules and remember to put the hoppers below it all running into one chest for maximum convenience one thing i recommend is to put the collectors on making red matter or something really expensive so the hoppers can keep up lastly would recommend putting a 4 block gap between the hoppers and the watches so the hoppers dont cause a ton of lag from being ticked 1000x faster also to check the lag you can hold ALT+F3 to show the TPS graph
The amount of raw metal you throw out in the beginning, just a ton of emc you could've had XD Btw, I know it doesn't seem like it's worth smelting but the Project E furnaces are actually really good for smelting stuff quickly Also, speaking of getting emc quickly, stick trade with the fletcher villager is really good for this if you have something like the energy condenser turning emeralds into sticks. The cooldown is easy to bypass, just trade until he can't trade anymore and wait for the level up and the trade opens back up. One villager is nice to get a boost, but a whole village turned into fletchers with the stick trade can get you a ton of emc. Especially if you put in the time to get cure discounts. Another mod that can help with this is a mod by Fuzs called the trading post, which lets you see all nearby trades and search trades. So if you set up a villager hall and put the trading post near the villagers you can quickly trade with all of them
If you're running Forge (NeoForge too), you can simply type /forge tps and check the tps! And now a few calculations based on the rough data provided by statistics, and based on your words, if you don't mind! If you had only 8 minutes in the game stats in half an hour of real time, then your game was running at about 8 TPS, like a four (3.75 actually) times lower than default 20 TPS!
Instead of gunpowder and other fuels, you can use a klein star to supply things. Also there's an upgrade to the inventory condenser thing that puts the emc into the star. Also the collectors need light, so you should put torches or glowstone near them to make them work faster at night.
One of the things I noticed is when you were placing the watches you didn’t set them to the fast forward mode you just charged them. This could be why you didn’t get as much emc generation as you thought you should have. Other than that brilliant video.
If I’m remembering correctly you just have to right click the watch to change the mode as you did actually do it on at least one of the watches at 35:53 and a message pops up in chat telling you.

you can use other items as fuels (such as coal and its upgrades) instead of gunpowder also I think if you put glowstone blocks ontop of the energy collectors it makes them run more efficiently
U can also use alchemical coal and aeternalis fuel as well as different items that work as fuel to use the Destruction Catalyst like so Stealthy can see this bc it hurts seeing his inventory filled with gunpowder 😭😭😭
In creative flight, you can hold space and shift (fly up and fly down) at the same time and they cancel out. This way you can place the hoppers at the end.
I like how you refer to emc as money. I usually refer to it as energy (as in E=mc²) And this has made me realise that emc is literally E=mc² My brain seemed to not fully connect it originally.
Its called dynamic lights and its best to use it with embeddium, i like to get the mod curios and get the lantern one with its dependency radiant gear. The lantern is 1 iron ingot plus 1 torch basically free light through caves
if you used dark matter hammer you can mine like the destruction catalyst but for practically free, also the villagers you said are unstable/unreliable but honestly i think thats just untrue because you could gather all the villagers in one spot, make them fletchers and make 10mil emc/day from stick trades edit: i saw as you said you dont know how the tools work, basically most of the tools have a right click function along with a keybind function try out the keybinds with every projecte tool! including the stone itself
There are two differences with the T2 condenser chests, neither matter: 1. They are easier to use with hoppers, since they have a seperate input and output area 2. They don't have a limit of 20 outputs per second. For your usecase you can just use a more valuable item and its fine though

Some useful tips For flight use a ring that has Gale in the name it uses fuel (aeternalis fuel blocks are the best for it) Use fletcher villagers for early boost in emc 32 sticks for emeralds you gain more emc than you lose Theres many more than also do similar things for example weapon smith and armor smiths have iron for emerald trades amd flint for emeralds. The omega stars are like emc bateries basically they do the same thing you use the gunpowder for

Fyi you can use the various fuels instead of gunpowder for the destruction catalyst. The higher level the fuel the less that is consumed when you use the thing.
a very fast emc method if you can get lucky enough for it is to use the destruction catalyst and use it to mine a ocean monument each block is worth 2k a single monument is worth around 30million
10:05 using a space made it look for every item that has an e, you probably need an _ or no space. You can check what the mod directory is by checking advanced tooltip.
idk if anyone has said it yet but with the jei searching dont use spaces not only because it is ProjectE but also becausee spaced words need to be in parenthesis
You can edit your options file in the modded Minecraft folder to make gamma 100000 for full bright . You mentioned early on not knowing how to change gamma in modded, hopefully this helps
The way I beat the mod is I had this other mod in my Mc that basically overhauls villages and adds a trader called "nitwit" and you can get 1 emerald from him and he has like a bunch of trades and you can trade infinitely so I just put the lowest emc item in my transmutation table and spam traded him for emeralds which has a high emc value
0:48 bro there's a mod called Full Brightness Toggle which literally nullifies any semblance of darkness in the world while keeping the notion of shadows and depth perception through lightning its really good and its always updated so try that for upping the gamma in the vids and for yourself, saves you the hassle of torches too lmao

@@St3lthy how it worked in the old version ( with default setings ) with pressing G you could change from the normal to gold version the gold verison incress tick rate in a area around you wile the normal can make the day go over in like 10 sec forward or backwards even effected the day counter in f3 xD

I always enjoyed old EE on tekkit, made working on other mods a lot easier. Always been a solid utility mod though on its own the endgame is kinda lame.
Jei wasn't showing you everything because you need to do "@project_e." "@project e" will just show items in mods with "project" in their name that have the letter e. Alternatively, if you have no other "project" mods, "@project" will work just fine.
man you need alot ot learn trading with villagers is the most op method to get emc early on for power flowers then you can go mining until you have enough emc for power flower
