@AkhilRawat-ct5by let's say you connect a nether portal to a village. You travel from village to nether. Every one block in the nether is 6 in the overworld. As long as you space the portals far enough, they will not connect to each other. You have another portal connect from the nether to the inside of the house.
like irl building it or building it in game for real? (im asking because i could prob gather all but the end rod in like 3 hours max and build it in an hour)
I had this one realm that I created and made my friends join and I remember I came across the perfect landscape for a living area it was like a series of mountains that formed a circle and inside was like completely hollowed and empty inside except for water so it was like going over a ravine, and we created a housing system that went across with bridges connecting to the center platform floating in the middle of this area and we each had a house carved into a side of the mountain it was legendary
See when I build stuff, I find joy in doing it all strictly in survival, cause I find tbe build more worthwhile when you collect, craft and build all the materials yourself I do know the love for building in creative, but if you build stuff like this in strictly survival, only then will I be impressed
@madhavmanik9414 that doesn't change anything to what I said, it's still a build in creative. A tutorial (whether it is or not) isn't gonna change that statement, also a tutorial is still gameplay but that doesn't matter in relative to my point so I fail to see the purpose of this comment
I DO create like this in survival mode, thinking hard about the base design, limit to 16 blocks, aligning it and the quarries to the chunk grid, glass + cobb fence as walls, 150 blocks above, repeat the design every 6 blocks, then using Buildcraft blueprint to duplicate the design plus pathways to 4 quadrant, new platform aligned to chunk grid, relocate machines to new quadrant and then...only then things start go - unmaintainable...on hiatus now :D
Ahh yes, reason 150 blocks above and 4 quadrant is.....I was encircling a redwood tree, the only a red wood tree I found near my spawn. A homage to it. (Zombies and skel still spawn up there....and a ghast inside my base T T) Only thing I cheat - brought grass up there and creative mode RF generator, unlimited power!.
I really enjoyed the modern look. Very nice. It definitely needs a modern entryway. Maybe put in a support structure under the house into the water? An indoor outdoor relaxing space? A walkway down to a boat dock? Solid 7
It’s a great design. I’m assuming your intentions were more aesthetic rather than to make something practical, that being said, here are my suggestions for your work. Overall you did an amazing job. The white concrete gives is a bespoke look and the texture added by the black bricks elevate it’s presence. Additionally the modern lighting design paired with the floating wood planks for stairs give a nice look. From an architectural standpoint, this work is looking like something inspired by the contemporary movement, but I can also see some inspirations from the brutalist movement also. Overall I give this an 8/10 In terms of suggestions, I think you could have payed more attention to the consistency of the wood on the floor. Let it continue all the way to the wall so that it looks seamless. Also the trapdoors on the flower bed, i think it’s personally a little out of place, maybe try and include something similar, but maybe you can add white concrete or the same black brick block instead. Also be sure to carry through your back brick throughout. At the top of the windows, you opted for a very concrete, maybe make that black brick instead. Overall it’s a fire 🔥 build 👏. Great work
Also u should consider filling in the exposed rock that you excavated on the corners of the building with grass so that it’s consistent with the rest of the mountainside
