You didn't show a real desert... Just a tiny area of sand. And of course the witch built her hut in the ocean... That makes it more difficult for Muggles to get there, while she can just use magic or ride her broom over there. I like it!

To be honest I think the mountains in this mod are really awful looking.

Um Wipper, the Jungle Edge biome wasn't added by the mod, it's actually in vanilla minecraft. I think it was added in 1.8.

so is it a world type or would it work at the same time as biomes o plenty? or is it not even compatible?

The render distance is really only thing thats killing this beautiful mod. Feels like esthetically would be much better if render distance was 256 chunks, that are forefully loaded at once on RTX 2080TI. Man i feel claustrophobic playing vanilla minecraft.

they have a name for the transition between biomes. it's called an "ecotone".

The best Minecraft mod ever invented is Shaders... Without shaders this mod would look a lot worse! This dhader pack makes it beautiful

The amplitude of things is amplified too much, any thing with hills just changes in height too quickly and the terrain shows no sign of multiple octaves for detail, it needs work

Ok, the weirdest thing happened when I installed the mod, when I loaded up a world with the new dawn world type, I spawned in and the world had nothing but ground. No plants, trees, snow, just plain ground, there's animals, but no plants and trees. Do I have to install something else to make it work?

there are mountains in real life that are on shorelines so I don't understand why that would be taken out with this mod

I don't get it why it's that bad to have mountains and cliffs right next to the water. :-/ There are some amazing landscapes that are such just because of this combination. Not to mention all the cliff-diving that you can do. :D

if i used the shaders and some other more laggier mod my pc would explode3 times before flying into the air crashing into an airplane then fall down into a shredder that is 3 times bigger than usual and get blown away into my window and the brake in half and get set on fire desinegrating in moments
