Imagine running a public server that is totally vanilla, but just before you open it up to the public, you dig all the way down to bedrock, spawn a city, fill it full of zombie spawners and loot, make sure its all covered up, then open up the server and wait for someone to discover it.

Heat and climate is definitely a better choice for temperature-related mods, which add its own temperature calculating system both affect on player and ore processing, but also have good synergy with other major tech/biomes mods.

mods you missed: Galacticraft (4) adds space and if you have "extraplanets" (expansion for Galacticraft) you have even more and crazier planets. Bioms'o plenty adds more than 60 booms to minecraft even in the nether and in the end! . . check them out! 😀

Mr.Catman I don’t know notch started out pretty small and didn’t have any big plans for Minecraft. And Mojang is slowly improving it in so many ways today. I doubt something like dynamic surroundings will ever be implemented into the vanilla game but at least the new features of Minecraft don’t come in the form of paid DLC like a lot of games
Minecraft Comes Alive! You should definitely have had that since it completely revamps the villager system and really adds a whole other sort of play. You can have villagers and guards follow you, people have roles, you can get married and have kids. Plus you can easily add as many additional villager skins as you want. There are actually a fair bit of things you can edit in this mod including the dialogue and more. This is my fav mod💕
Nice vid m8, just to add to list of mods not in the video Pixelmon: turns Minecraft into a build-your-own Pokémon adventure. Twilight Forest: adds an entire new world accessed by a method like nether, with its own biomes and mobs. Besides that, keep up the good work! 😀

Chopping/mining is very long mobs (especially theses F***ing skeletons) are a pain to deal with if you dont have the right weapon. Food and water is not a problem (food can decay btw) and finding ores is difficult. You have to find surface sample and use triangulation to find the huge deposit. Oh did i mention that mining is also dangerous because stones above you can fall ?
Fun fact: the cubic chunks mod actually lets you be able to access the far lands again, and also uncovers some never seen before versions of the far lands.
I like the Roguelike dungeons mod. It adds towers that are around the world that each has a chest or two, and they lead to absolutely enormous dungeons with chests, spawners, tunnels, enchanting rooms, netherrack fire, just a lot of stuff.
Ahh i just tried the Tough as Nails Mod and it makes survival Minecraft literally *Tough As Nails* good thing i started in an Island with Sugar Canes to make purifier things :D
You should have added the *Custom steves mod,* which literally replaces your character model to a 3d model of an Anime character, and it's very godly! The custom models do have unique animations and different appearances of putting on armor!
What about Pixelmon. Pixelmon add Pokemon centers PokeMart, gym much more and makes Villages spawn lot more also it works really good for low-end devices to

I quit Minecraft in 1.8 - 1.9 because I didn't like where it was headed with all the new stuff. Channels like yours are making me think I might go back to it. I'm too used to old MC but I think I'm warming to whatever version we are on now. RU-vid recommended may have done me a solid there. Great content.
Tough as nails mod also has a lot of other features, drinking water from a canteen straight from a body of water will result in a food poisoning type thing, therefore to get a better experience, u must put it through a charcoal filter, then cook it through a furnace In addition, wearing iron armor in the desert makes ur temperature rise significantly faster.

The tektopia mod should be added, similar to the millionares mod in that it modifies villages, it modifies them with great animations and still retains the feel of minecraft villagers while changing the whole game.
