Not going to lie I would choose this origin mainly so I could be my servers mail man bring all their mail to them with the chest on my head. This origin is so cool and unique!
To be honest though, Zombies being able to attack you eventhough you're in the end shouldn't be a bug! It would've been such a cool feature. You exist in both planes like some superposition quantum stuff xD
Inkbat has made some of the best and most creative origins that even nowadays other origins can’t compare and left after 7 videos without a trace. Honestly I applaud her and whether she’ll be active again or not she has made her mark in the origins community.
A few months after you released this video me and my friends made our own origins server, it unfortunately only lasted about 4 months as the server owner had a little misclick and accidentlally deleted the server. We ended up having 3 of your origins on the server and I really enjoyed playing End Spiriter a lot! Thank you for making it!
Idea for this origin: find the cords for everyone’s bases, and build a small storage room in the end, on those cords, then teleport into the overworld, steal some stuff with your pocket dimension and tp back
@@itsmefirefox you could even, like not even use it, leave it so they have to go all the way back to the end to get their stuff, maybe give them a time limit before you burn it, and the best part *they can’t catch you*
Out of curiosity, if you were to spawn over void when shifting between planes, could you potentially use End Scaffolding to save yourself if you time it right? That could make shifting between dimensions much more versatile and easy to manage.
It seems like it would be possible, as there seems to be no limitation on when or how you can scaffold (other than specific blocks) and no limitation on what you can do straight after shifting (as soon as you shift you can move and place blocks, etc). The only necessary thing would be to carry some End Stone or other end blocks. It would be a cool escape method from dangerous situations like falling off a cliff, falling into lava, or surrounded by mobs (if that bug didn't exist).
Hey Ink! (is that an appropriate shortening of InkBat? I'm not sure lmao) Just wanted to ask - how can I get in contact with you privately? Have a few ideas that I'd love to collaborate with you on!
You are really good at making origins. I just started like a week ago. And have only worked on these origins: Evolved slime. Mage. Crasher. And psychic. In total i’ve worked for around 5 to 6 hours in a span of 3 days On it. So watching you make this stuff really inspires me to get better at it :D I hope to see more.
Could other people or dispenser place potions on you? The Aquaphobia is crazy hard to deal with seeing as water is everywhere, and water breathing potions sure would be nice
step 1: sneak up on End Spiriter with a water breathing potion step 2: splash them step 3: watch as they hyperventilate from being splashed, then slowly realize they don't choke
I love this idea and the way that you balanced it out with hydrophobia, but could I suggest creating a temporary safe block as ground when you teleport? It would let you use the plane shift a lot more confidently and would be fairly easy to implement, (I think, not sure about setting blocks in another dimension.) I aspire to have your level of command knowledge :)
Having just started working on some creative Origins myself, I am so incredibly impressed by this (and your other Origins) This is such a creative idea to begin with but getting all of this to work is even more impressive.
this is ten months old but yess I love making origins but sometimes I feel like I could never make anything super good, but InkBat is my inspiration, InkBat keeps me going while making origins. Such an inspiration, I feel like I could make any origin if I really wanted. In fact I’m here right now cuz I wanted to rewatch some InkBat videos while I thought about ideas for origins
I feel like having to know the exact coordinates in the end is kind of a deal breaker because if you're off by a block you just immediately fall into the void. Would probably be better if you had a block of obsidian or something spawn underneath you.
All of these custom Origins you’ve made in particular are so fascinating and has more or less completely given me interest in trying to get a group of friends to try this mod out. It’s very exciting! So thank you muchly for that.
Today is the day the legendary InkBat returns, 2 years and 2 days after her disappearance... I can't wait for your next video, this seems rather interesting :))
Inkbat, i have no idea whats happened but…perhaps an update would be Nice? Doesent matter if you got bored of origins or Even if youve decides to quit RU-vid but…I’m honestly a little worried. Are you okay?
The extreme aquaphobia is probably SO difficult to play with, but I love the idea so much. like, your character doesnt just get hurt by water; you are genuinely afraid of it, to where your character may get an actual anxiety attack and struggles to breath-- the use of the actual MC breath mechanic to display that effect is like. SO cool. I think it would be interesting if the player got the nausea effect while actually in water as well, just to show the escalation from "anxiety from being near water" to straight up "PANIC PANIC I AM IN WATER I AM IN DANGER EVERYONE PANIC", but that might be a bit much for some people. Either way this is an incredible and creative origin, and oh boy I really want to use it, along with all the other origins you've made so far!! You have such incredible ideas and it's always so amazing to see how you make use of different mechanics in minecraft or in the base mod to bring these ideas to life!!! Absolutely incredible!!!!!!
Thanks ink for the incredible videos. I love your channel. Your origin design is really sleek but keep in mind that you can stack subsections of abilities much like you did in the twins. I've really enjoyed all your content thus far and can't wait to see more.
Simple idea to implement (that could have some complexities): Overachiever The premise: you start out with less stats and are worse off than most other races. As you gain advancements, you get progressively stronger/more hp/higher def. Complexities can come from the different types of advancements (challenges, etc), all of which could grant other abilities or perks Example: You start the game with 5 hearts (10hp), 0.5 base attack damage, basically half all starting stats. When you get an advancement, say "Suit Up", you gain 1/2 heart (1 hp) By completing the normal advancements in the game, you end off a little better than normal Steve. Once you've completed all of the advancements in the game, all of your stats are higher than those of normal players, and you've gone above and beyond what anyone else could achieve normally. This origin gives bonuses to hard work, and encourages exploration and gameplay. This idea is a rough guideline, and can obviously be adapted to fit other circumstances or opinions.
I'm almost a full year late in seeing this since I haven't looked at youtube or minecraft stuff since my computer broke lol. But I just love this origin.
Origin idea: Mole origin(you can change the name) Abilities: +Can mine fast/have haste and if another mole is near a mole the mole can mine faster +If raining moles can mine faster -Have slowness in surface +Has night vision +Have a random chance to give haft of an hunger bar if mining dirt -Have debuffs(like weakness) if near a Cat/Feline and a Fox +Can see a mob in a 10-25 block radius -Cannot see in the light in about 1-2 chunk radius =Is 1 block small =Only eat meat Thats all i can think of, you can add more to it
this one is really cool to have . i mean you can have a home in the end , donno if you can sleep in the end tho , but still you can put your item in the end if you dont trust any player in the game
Void Walker + Home sweet home - You can build in the void + What is food? - You don't need to eat anything + Something New - You can phase through bedrock while shifting + Why is everyone upside down? - Your gravity is inverted + Voidborne - You spawn at the void = All darkness - Your skin is transparent and darker - What does strength means? - You are weaker than any other player, and blocks are harder to break than normal - There's nothing like that in the void - Water and rain deal damage on you - Allergic to dimensions - You get slowness II and nausea in the nether and the End
I have come up with an origin, I call it mooshroom, because you have a mushroom on your head, others can shear it off and collect it, and it will regrow if you are in a dark area, I'm not really sure about the rest of the origin idea, but I thought it would also be cool if you had mushroom like qualities, or depending on the mushroom, you get diffrent ablilies, e.g. Red mushrooms mean you can give other mobs and players a poison effect, brown mushroom is neutral, and then nether mushrooms have a wither effect or something.
This seems like an interesting origin to speedrun with. If you get a good spawn, and don't fall into the void, you could probably get an insanely fast speedrun even with just stone tools. Also interested in how the inability to use potions works in multi-player, do you take damage if someone splashes a potion on you, do you get the effects(if you do you could probably use a dispenser to use splash potions on yourself), etc.
the bridging ability have sense if you think that the floating island properties come from the blocks themselves + the space-bending abilities and also it help you to not die for falling into the void when you teleport without the correct coordinates, you still need end blocks so is better than the first time you just use a portal or probe luck when you find the stronghold
End Spiriter: What a BEAUTIFUL day! Water: Hello! End Spiriter: *heavy breathing **_intensifies_* Seriously tho, you're such an awesome programmer!! And your ideias are always so cool! I don't have yet, but as soon as I can get Minecraft I'll want to play with your origins!! ❤️
