This is a video to show that Portal's Turrets are possible without the use of mods. Everything in this video is made possible through the use of resource packs and command blocks. My portal map is still being worked on and is currently being updated to the 1.9 snapshots. Even though the Turrets work almost flawlessly, they can be buggy at times, and since the Turrets are zombies tracking the player there are issues such as the server tickrate decreasing because of the zombie AI not being able to reach their target. I am also not sure why the long fall boots were defective.
I am not sure when I will release the map but, I will probably end up releasing it in chapters.
What I currently have planned to do:
-Model GLaDOS
-Model Wheatley
-Add more functions to the main menu
-Rework the momentum system to not be hardcoded into the test chamber
