A few tips for those (like me) that figured this worked like most raid farms 1) don't have knockback or fire aspect on your sword, you'll either break or move the armor stands 2) auto clicker is basically required to keep vexes from spawning, the sticky pistons and glass prevent the evokers from being able to summon 3) the villager at the top of the tower (the one IN the composter) should have a trap door on the bottom of the glass block above him to keep the villager in place. I lost 3 before I knew what was happening

2:03 remove this temporary block after placing the composter! Otherwise the sticky piston will push the dirt block AND the composter (and the stair and glass), messing up the villager #1 pod! 13:55 is where the slime block is removed. Get a close look at the placement of every block.

I have a problem. Besides vexes coming to kill me (i did what you said about the repeater) and there are some guys who spawn outside and keep throwing me arrows. If i place slabs, it can stop them from spawning but vexes attack me. If i remove the slabs and put boats, the vexes wont attack me but those guys will spawn on the boats and kill me. One more thing, the farm isn't working as it should, she kinda takes some time to recharge the pillagers. Is there anything you can do to help me? I appreciate.

does it work in 1.20? edit: it does but when getting the villagers in position you need to place temporary slime blocks over the honey blocks or they’ll die. Also the farmer at the top doesn’t get stuck in the composter and the glass block so you need to properly cover him. i placed four glass blocks one block below the top glass block

Nah, you have to build up anyways + go back down and put all the Villager pods in place .... might as well just build the tower and do each Pod as you go... takes a nightmare 1hr plus thing into something actually practical that can be done in 20-25 minutes..

The main server I play on reduced the mob despawn range from the regular 128 blocks down to 56 blocks which breaks most farms. I'm able to run a standard raid farm, but can you think of any way to make a stacking raid farm like this work with the 56 block limitation?

Most of the servers I play on not only have 56 block limitation but also have armor stand physics turned off, so anything using an armor stand doesn't work either.

@@fartkerson V+ is the only 56 block despawn i've seen. they do it for performance but it really limits farms. I was able to get the owners to change the armor stand physics settings though.

I'm just using an autoclicker at 1.5 seconds and it works fine, as long as the farm is built correctly and the game's tick speed is normal. I'm on realms so mods are annoying to set up

VEX PROBLEM: you can put 2 nether portal near you so vex enter there when atack you, they spawn but dissapear quickly

Hey Chapman, great tutorial, but when i stand on the soul sand and face down to hit the armour stand at 40%, my raid bar doesnt stop and it keeps going to 100% and then it just disappears. I cant hear a raid horn anywhere and nothing is spawning. Could you please help!!

@@sayandas170 Look at the piston that moves the soul sand, etc near the water elevator. Check to see when you start the farm, is the water elevator going up (soul sand) or down (magma block)? It should be going up when the farm starts.

great farm but I have one complaint. The border you have around the platform at the beginning confused me and i built it one block off and didn't realize it till the end so I had to rebuild it. Maybe next time dont but the border/outline.

What to do if i get the bad oadman efect, the raid 100% loads and then nothing happens, no horn sound at all, i check it is over 150 blocks away from any land, i hella need help, or at least can someone build it on my server 😂 because im going crazy that my 4th farm i fail

For me I used at first a boat to move them and they take 2 tiny suffocating dmg. Just a bit is enough to kill them

ATTENTION ANYONE HAVINGG TROUBLE WITH VEXES: chapman mentioned this, but the FIRST row of sticky pistons in the glass tube needs to have a repeater that is set to 3 ticks.(touch it two times) this will prevent any vexes from spawning

I have solved the problem, take a good look at the compost bins, I had the right composter higher than the left one and that's why it didn't work

I just built the older raid farm not that long ago in 1.19.4 is there any way to stop the vexes because I can only run it for 3-4 minutes before they start spawning. Which don’t get me wrong it gives a ton of items but is kinda annoying having to get bad omen again and again. I also have my auto clicker to the 1500 milliseconds that you said it should be in the video. Is there a way to fix this? TLDR: Vexes spawn after a couple minutes for the older farm

what are you using for your autoclicker? If you are using an external one.. Switch to carpet mod or Tweakeroo;s auto clicker If vexes are spawning you may have mobs lingering around in the mid section.. Each wave has to fall, Bundle together and go under to get sliced.. If any mobs are left in the mid section... Vexes - To fix, add a couple tick delays to the lower piston floor to delay its opening. this will allow any mobs who are falling slower to get a chance to go under instead of getting "left behind" when the others go under to die Hope that makes sense lol

When I started my farm I was scared if It would work or not because every world I make has a history of raid farms never spawning a raid but when I did it, I got it working in the wrong way somehow is the a fix to this I'm so confused how I got it working wrong also I'm playing in 1.19.2 so It could be the world version I'm playing on but it doesn't seem like that

If vexes are spawning change the autoclicker to 1500 miliseconds instead of 2000, and if the raid dissapear then get bad omen 3 and up only

your on easy or normal. If your on a server make sure the "server difficulty" in the online settings is on hard. To change it to hard go into your server providers website and in the command promt, type difficulty hard.

plz reply me So im in a server in which u can only place 15 observers,pistons and hoppers in one chunk so plz can anyone help me or suggest me any stacking raid farm??or maybe the smaller version of this farm 3 villager pods or smthg like that

There is only 6 Pistons in one chunk and 8 in the other.. there is 14 observers in the chunk with the villagers, 16 pistons and no hoppers The chunk with the farm has like 6 pistons and 2 observers

The water column is OUTSIDE the chunk, right? It's clearly on the extra platform. I have a block position of [1,2,1] for the water column, not [1,2,14]. 14 would be inside the chunk, aka on the big platform. Make it make sense. (yes, i use the same north/west orientation as you do!)

i think y got it a bit wrong its south east and its outside the main chunk i havent built this farm yet but from what i see from the video i think y got the base of the farm wrong

@@lucid3rd I think i might just be in a different map quadrant. I haven't checked if they are symmetrical (mirrored along the axes) or if chunks don't care in which of the 4 map quadrants they're in

@@ahmadabdullatif5400 I already fixed it, the orientation was wrong. Not sure why rotating the farm should matter but apparently it does, maybe the way the game looks for villagers or raids. Also used the 250k build which just has a different vertical signal setup
