I have a theory Considering we are getting a new biome with trees so what if the creaking is made out of wood with a bunch of eyes all over it, It makes sense cuz trees do "CREAK" sometimes IRL
Orange huh? And carved pumpkins are getting another use. And all the woods on the board are warm toned. It's certainly going to be a Halloween update, and I wonder if that's not a b&w picture of the new wood color (maybe we're getting orange leaves finally?)
@@VanK782unlikely since the leaves aren't fully black and white, and actually have some slight bluish and purple tones. So, given all the other pictures on the board were in full color, I think we can take the coloring of the new wood/leaves at face value
Instead of the gimmick being not looking at it, maybe it's that it only starts chasing you when you look away from it, almost like the endoskeletons from fnaf SB
the first thing that you should think of from that is weeping angels, not some endoskeletons from fnaf sb which are obviously INSPIRED from weeping angels, scp 173 is also probably inspired from weeping angels, they the og man
That would certainly make farming this new wood type much more difficult since it would be running away while you're just trying to collect materials 😂
With the grass and wood being taken over seemingly and drained of all color, it almost seems like a biome similar to that of the corruption from Terraria
We got them deep dark, end corruption, world file corruption, and now that white corruption. No way Minecraft is getting more corruption variants than Terraria, lmfao
I think it was intentional. I also think the whole teasing and leaking thing may be mob vote replacement, as it is another way to engage community before the live
Hear me out, would be cool if that biome was specifically always dark as you walked into it (but above ground) but yes true, what you said, toycat, more underground biomes would be nice
I would love like just a permanently foggy biome instead of always dark. Fog ingame could create so much atmosphere and potential for the creaker. Plus it would help with the name of pale garden, as the fog is a white color associated with paleness.
@netherwarrior6113 yeah, thas a great idea too, maybe gets a touch darker but then mostly foggy. I only went right to dark because he said it was in the dark or whatever, but yeah that would be cool
If you look at the dark image, you can also notice 3orange glowy things in the same pattern as those ‘eyes’ are, maybe that’s how the mob looks like Edit: Also the Don’t Look sign could mean the mob is somewhat similar to endermen where if you look at it wrong, it’ll attack you. So more evidence for it to be an enderman variany
Minecraft tiktok posted a video of 3 orange eyes following somebody, and it seems the mob will have the behavior of the weeping angels from dr. who or like SCP-173
Again, inb4 The Ancient City's Portals became active, and take you to a new Dimension called The Pale Garden, with docile Wardens, The Creaking, and all kinds of sound-based mechanics
I love the concept of a spooky scary update in Autumn and a peaceful world update in Spring. One update for a new hostile mob. One update for world building. An interesting balance for the new two smaller updates a year plan.
I have to say, the idea of having to NOT look at a mob or else it will attack you was terrifying! Also I just realized that's how it works with the enderman, but for this new one I imagine it being DO NOT LOOK AT ALL! Can't wait for Minecraft Live!
One thing I'd point out is that it might just be a black and white photo of a new wood and leaf type. I kinda doubt they'd just straight up reveal a whole new wood color in a random post Also players have been asking for orange leaves for so long, are we likely to get white ones of all things before that? All the woods around were red and orange, that's probably a hint to the actual color of the wood.
Is it just a new biome? Or is it a new dimension? Considering the similarity of the designs of the new mob to early designs of a warden, maybe it's related to the portal in the deep dark????
A mob you can't look at... like the enderman.. in a dark biome... like the end... with a bleached petrified wood. All that sounds like an end update to me
What if this is where the Ancient City portal leads to. A Pale Garden, a "pale imitation" of the Overworld with things that are...off. Like the Creaking.
I honestly think it would work. And that way they don't have to mess with overworld generation. Or End if it's not there. And being hyped like this with LIVE update, I think it must be something huge like that. Like a whole new dimension.
White leaves will be nice. The wood is ok, but a new leaf color is more exciting than the planks. Hopefully, the bark on the log will have a nice texture as well.
Theory time: So in my opinion the new biome will be a new end biome simply because: -the wood is white which would fit perfectly in a dark place and considering that we already got plenty of different cave biomes and structures now, it should be in the end; -the mob that spawns in the biome, should be the enderman that was shown in the video, which, of course, mainly spawns in the end, and in minecraft dungeons, it is an end exclusive mob. Also, there are actually more mobs in minecraft dungeons that spawn in the end and would perfectly fit the theme of the biome, so they might be part of the biome as well; -the community has wanted an end update for so long, which may or may not have caused mojang to prepare the end update; -before, minecraft updates would work in such a way that mojang, would look at the game and if they saw an empty part of the game, that they could expand on to make the game better, the would, and so, following this theme, we might be getting an end update. There might be more information that i'm missing or I might be straght up wrong, but at the end of the day it's just a theory, A GAME THEORY.
I see a lot of people talking about how it can't be an end biome cuz it's got grass nearby, but it's in an image where the player has died, and only 4 blocks of the white grass are there, so it could be that the mob can generate the new blocks like a sculk catalyst, or even cooler, it could actually corrupt nearby blocks into being more like the biome it comes from. Very hyped
Trees make creaking sounds right so what if the creaking is a mob that looks like a tree and when you get near, you see it's eyes following you before it rips out of the tree like still pose and chases down the player, making creaking sounds. imagine it can see you as much as you put your render distance
Okay I just hope this is not in the deep dark when does one reason why you have to find a deep dark / ancient city did you find it anos has already hard to find them so they don't generate that often because of the generation being a little bit iffy and even if you fix it I still wouldn't want to be dark cuz I wouldn't watch it go underground in multiple separate different cave systems to find this one biome
It just makes sense to add more scary mobs with all the cave noises we have ^^ Maybe there was also a hint for the squeaker in the two new cave sound files.
Me that's been hoping for an End Update: Dammit not again. Why can't the End just get love from the deves for once? 😖😔 Edit: For real tho, will get an End Update eventually. Even if takes 10 years of my life for it to come. I promise that until the day I die.
@@DragonTheOneDZA That kinda depends on who you talk to. Because someone probably is going to have a different interpretation of what an End Update should be and what it shouldn't be. Edit: Besides, I think Dungeons had a good middle ground on what a future end update should be for Mojang.
Well that would be a VERY welcome update for me. I hate the fact the villagers don't have maps for them like they have for Mansions, Ocean Monuments and Trial Chambers. It should have been a no-brainer to add one for ancient cities as well. I mean, deep dark is extremely easy to find. Cities, not so much.
This has literally nothing to do with the end. AND STOP ASKING ABOUT AN END UPDATE. THEY BASICALLY SAID THEY NEED TO UPDATE EVERY OTHER BIOME BEFORE THE END SO IT COULD BE THE (cough cough) ending update :D. Hehe
@@DragonTheOneDZA Be that as it may, plans could always change. And a biome like that wouldn't make sense anywhere else. It's a dead forest. There's no light, there's no nutrition, there's little to no oxygen... Tall enemies, eyes, don't look? Enderman? If that has nothing to do with End then I don't know what will. And overworld trees as well as nether trees are crossed over. What's left? The End. But I'm probably wrong. No way they'd make something that makes so much sense.
I'm surprised with all the horror speculation that nobody is mentioning the possibility of that potential 4th dimension through the deep dark portal. 🤔
Mangrove was annoying enough to collect but now you’re telling me there’s gonna be another beautiful wood type but it’s guarded by a new warden 😭😭 I guess people do complain that Minecraft is too easy
My guess is that it's gonna be the new dimension completely black and white and is silent. Which can be accessed by the giant portal thing from the Ancient City
