An end update is very great. But most likely, It will be like the nether update. Add new ores, more structures, more biomes, more mobs, more mechanics, y'know what I mean. Hopefully they add something unique. And make the update fun, and not grindy.

No offense to you, but I feel like the Minecraft community likes to brush every update to the side as trash until Mojang comes out with an update with a gazillion features
Yeah, like 1.19, 20, and 21 were really packed updates. Each taking more than a year to make and release. And yet people still say, “Mojang Lazy.” I don’t think they are.
@@dylansuperti214 people code updates of the same size in around a week and are able to add every mob from the mob votes by themselves. It does not take 1.5 years to retexture dirt and wood a couple of times
@@liber2350That's because modding uses different code then the developers use + the devs have to use this different code on both bedrock and java ++ they have to make it on console
@@VirusFlexovitch flying machines would still have uses like removing water and lava and i think i saw someone use them to build bridges automatically or tnt dupers and honestly boats and minecarts already made smooth travel on the ground, it doesn’t seem out of place to also have something that gives smooth travel in the sky
@@VirusFlexovitch I agree BUT it proves that they can do certain things in Minecraft (at least in java edition) which could be utilized as different features elsewhere in the future
@@BOPgamez09 Everyone with a shred of common sense heads to the End to get Elytras and Shulkers. Even if what you said were true, that's exactly why an End update is needed. By updating the End, it will encourage more players to explore it further. Adding more progression would be even better. So, almost everyone eventually goes to the End, unless you're the exception.
@@niklika I promise you I’m not the exception. I have a bunch of friends in the Minecraft community who have told me that they rarely ever get to the end and only do so when absolutely necessary for their builds. I’ve taught them how to go to the end and then build out to the end islands but they still never go
@@jgsgamergfdgfdgfd1137 like, it wasn't horrible. Enjoyed it. It was cool. But... I waited a year, and all of that foreshadowing and constant work kinda felt... Pointless? Maybe if the update took a few months or at most half a year I would kinda get it. After all, a smaller, bite sized update for you to go and enjoy. Stuff to explore to keep the place feeling more alive, right? But since it took so long it was kinda just Meh.
Tbh I'm tired of everybody just disregarding evey update that isn't some huge content-packed bomb. I'm also sick of people grouping most of 1.21's cool features by just saying "Added a structure" or "Also added a couple of items". I mean, I thought an new unique and unseen type of weapon would be enough to make 1.21 stand out, but I guess not. To further prove this... = 1.16 was kinda lackluster, sure, it added a couple of biomes in the nether, but they're mostly just visual. They also added a structure and a couple items, but other than that, not much else. = You can make any update sound like it was lacking, but that doesn't mean it actually is. No hate or anything, just dissapointed seeing people brush 1.21 under the rug. With 1.20, I 100% get it and agree, but with 1.21, the same just cannot be said for it.
its possible that there will be a sculk biome in the end, to make the portal in the stronghold ancient miners needed endstone that they could've gotten only in the end and its possible that the portal in the deep dark is connected to one in the end city also the sculks texture is stars and under the sculk catalyst theres endstone
i think they once said that if all 3 dimensions get updated, they will release a 4th dimension. im not sure about it anymore, can someone confirm this?
The whole community is begging end update For YEARS!! Hopefully they update boring end ,cause the only thrill to this dimension is just the dragon fight,and after that there's nothing you can do there just exploring to get elytra

he does infact kinda look like a new youtuber, the videos are increadibly short, I mostly see that from low subscriber count youtubers who edit pretty well.
The reason the updates take so long is because of texture packs (e.g Candy or Fantasy). That and they have to fire every interaction something new will have with everything else. I thought I should point this out because people call Mojang lazy a lot
I would only want an end update if it’s like a nether update. Maybe 1 or 2 new biomes, a mob or 2, but no bosses, nothing overly different. It needs to have the same atmosphere as the end.
I doubt that 1.22 is gonna be an end update(if anything i belive 1.22 would be something like a sky update) however if 1.21 has shown us anything, it's that mojang are starting to listen to the community a LOT more than they did before

1.21 wasn’t actually that bad. We got a new structure, three new mobs, a new potion (that does different things depending on the place you’re at), the mace, three new enchantments, a new projectile, new music disks, more copper stuff like doors and light sources, and bunch more blocks.
They need to make an ACTUAL new hardest boss..that ofc will die if you killed it once..and cannot be spawn multiple times in the server... That boss gotta be far far harder to kill then the dragon... but less broken then the warden.. Basically insanely tanky..a lot of attack patterns...but don't deal insane damage🔥
I want mojang to add optimization into the game like sodium and add lods like distance horizons. The update should purely focus on optimizations and visual improvemets.
“After you kill the Ender Dragon, there isn’t much to do progression wise” Isn’t… that the point? You’re in the END. Killing the FINAL boss. The end credits literally talk about the player now being left to their own creative liberties. No more progression is needed after the End. I just think they need to make getting to the End and the actual End fight harder
The end is called the end for a reason. There shouldn't be any sort of progression after the ender dragon IMO. It sort of betrays the image and theme of the game.
Lowk i feel like people’s expectations for minecraft updates are a bit too high, the game didn’t start out having amazing features and it barely had any updates as big as the Nether update, I remember the only thing before the Nether update people were hyped up for were horses, but it feels like people expect Mojang to give it their all for new updates since the Nether update to replicate the excitement we all felt at that time I’m not saying big companies/corps shouldn’t try harder, but what exactly are we asking for here for a game that peaked when the updates were miniscule/for development and the gameplay was standard old-school minecraft?

The bar eventually has to be raised
An end update would be cool, but I hope the update won't ruin the "barren and empty" feeling of The End, which makes it unique in its own way. I'm sure there's a way to keep that aura while also making it less boring for some players (like adding a new ultimate ore, alternative to Netherite, or new rare structures) but I guess change is kinda inevitable, since that's what updates are all about. I'm very curious to see what's next!
@@chewy99. That's interesting! I think it's a little too crazy to be naturally spawning, though it makes sense for a game like Minecraft Dungeons. I like some things like the glowing purple blocks, but the complete overhaul and vegetation makes it look like another dimension, and too evolved to be recognizable in the main game. But the concept is very cool
Personally, i dont think the end update needs to be "the biggest update yet". The end is meant to be barren and empty. All i would want is some new shrubbery (maybe chorus bushes and chorus grass) which can be used to create the new "Chorus fields" biome. Then maybe a new passive mob in the chorus fields. Next, i'd say they should add small caves underground where you can find amethyst and maybe an end variant of coal for fuel / torches. Finally, they should add small ruined structures on the end islands to make the search for end cities less desolate and boring. A new hostile mob guarding these ruins would be cool too, maybe a tankier version of the enderman that deals more damage but is slower and teleports less. Oh, and they should also make endermites spawn naturally in these new ruined structures!
People think 1.21 was underwhelming?? It literally added the biggest structure to the game and actually created a decent challenge for experienced players!
