AntVenom explained: the chest that was covered by pig spawners was actually a buried treasure chest and the game took the block that the chest overwrote and surrounded it with them. Also, it's a bug, not a secret.

It's actually pretty common in Western states. They don't really have enough water to support their population (especially agriculture) so water rights are a really big deal. As a result, anything that impacts the water table like drainage or capturing rainwater is highly regulated. It may not seem that important except to a few people living on the edge of civilization but it was a contributing factor to the dust bowl, thus the great depression, and World War 2.

Beet roots being used for red dye is huge, since they are way easier to farm then flowers. You can spawn flowers by using bonemeal on grass blocks, but it wont spawn red flowers all the time, and also spawns a lot of tall grass that you have to get rid off.Really nice if you want to use a lot of red dye for anything but wool. Since you can just dye a sheep with red dye and it will always give red wool, with only one red dye invested.

I've never seen these easter eggs mentioned in the 5 years I've known about it. Using a command to put a gate (this one is decently known), fish, bone, lead, end rod, spyglass, or feather into the head spot doesn't behave like a normal item would (that being above head in back), instead it is placed on the face differently. I just tested this on vanilla 1.17.1 and it still works.

There is another secret that not many people know about. Even if you drop a billion TNT on a single block and let it explode in the same tick, the Bedrock will still be intact. Edit: You need an explosion value of over 100k, which is impossible in survival. That's why he used a ghast fireball with an extremely high explosion value. The biggest explosion is at 8 or 9 in survival (which is why a Wither can break Obsidian), but that's very far from the required explosion value to break Bedrock.

Believe it or not, when Sipover said that a spider spawner overlapped with the mineshaft loot chest, it's actually a buried treasure chest. To make sure that buried treasure chests are 100% buried, any blocks that overlaps the chest will instead duplicate and spawn 5 of those blocks all around the chest, and that block just so happened to be a spawner.

*My Theory:* Villagers don't sleep, they just lay on the bed. Their eyes always remain open. So this is the reason they can sleep in the Nether, since they are not sleeping and just laying on the bed. edit: don't take this too seriously, this is just a shower thought lol

Fun fact about the rain water collecting. It used to be illegal to collect rain water in many American states because people used to use water from wells and streams etc. So, if you were to collect rain water you might collect water that would otherwise have flown into your neighbour's stream in which case you would be stealing their water. It isn't illegal anymore though since we don't use those kinds of water supplies anymore
