More tips! Since you have invar you could make an invar pick head which can mine that obsidian. For the item block mutations for spawn eggs you might want to use your bigger box, if the bee has to travel a further distance then you can place the converting material (prismarine, quartz, monster heads) in the floor on the path to the nectarblock/flower to give the bees a chance to convert. Wireless power from the flux networks is in this mod. Flux dust is easy to get as is the flux bee so setting up completely wireless power is pretty easy. You will need access to the bedrock block for the first batch of dust since you crush redstone between obsidian and bedrock but if you make enough for the nectarblock then you're golden. Dielectric paste is easy to get too as is the bee so Powah is easy to jump into. The advanced materials still need the stupid charging rods, but a basic magmator is easy and you already have infinite lava. This tier of magmator makes 70rf/tick and since it is easy to make more (especially with the dielectric paste bee automated) you can massively grow your power production. Those jars can be routed to a liquid trash void as long as it is farther away than your machines that need it (I used a mekanism basic tank as a buffer) and any excess will just be voided. Building gadgets is in this pack but a copy paste gadget needs emerald and lapis. Once you have it though you could make building more bee-apartments super easy (especially if you have wireless charging from flux to keep it charged and automation for the needed materials). Only issue is it looks like the construction paste doesn't have a recipe so you actually need the materials on you. Ender bees are super useful (though you need zombie and skeleton bees which are a little annoying to get) since they produce ender combs for infinite ender pearls. HOWEVER! They have an annoying tendency to teleport (this can be negated by using either the ender beecon which takes purpur blocks to make so super late in the breeding chain, or the ender inhibitor from mob grinding utils). Their combs also require the glass bottles because instead of honey they have a chance to produce dragons breath and don't always process the combs if the glasses are not there first. A cleaver makes getting zombie and skeleton heads real easy, just set up a dark room for mobs to spawn and give yourself a place to attack them from. Vector plates can be used to move them to a small half block window for easy crowd control. Use an ender hopper or similar to pick up the drops from the other side of the wall.

A modular router with 2 activation modules can automatically fill the petal apothecary with water. (You can set it up by setting one module to whitelist an empty bucket and the other a water bucket, the module set to empty bucket set to activate on a sink, or any infinite water source, and the module set to water bucket set to activate on the petal apothecary)

You absolutely can autofill a petal apothecary using a vanilla mechanic. Make six stair blocks. Arrange them to make a narrow pool that is three wide, two deep, and one tall. Waterlog the stair blocks to create an infinite water source. Remove the center block on one side. Put the apothecary in that spot.

i set my combs up to go into a chest and go to be broken down via hoppers so when i need the combs i just use a lever to stop the hopper so i can build up the combs

I know that you probably already know this, but if you put cobblestone in the smeltery and pour it into an ingot cast, you can get seared brick more efficiently.

I made a jumbo tank which holds 1024 buckets as a buffer and from there you can use fluid pipes to pump to the dynamos.

Think I'll use a second bee hut for combs that are not being centerfuged, routed to a chest, and leave the first hut for the ones that are

If u want more of a specific flower all you got to do is bone meal that one flower and it will give you more of that one flower

It sends the lava into the nearest inventory (jar) i had the sink in front of a jar and never got anything. You can setup a sink furthest away and it will dump lava into it

What size are those platforms?

Why don't you use an intermediary jar for the lava and then use fluid pipez to extract from that jar ? Like this you can also use the fluid trash can

I feel like a lot of your problems are coming from trying to compact the bees into as small of a space as possible. A skyblock has infinite space, you can just make a less compressed setup where you're not constantly running into and hitting bees.
