You can position the water wheel horizontally with the water flowing around it and then bring a shaft vertically off of that, or attach the sifter directly, skipping the gearbox all together.

the Large Waterwheel may produce more stress units, but it turns half as quickly. That's the difference between the two waterwheels: They both produce the same effective stress capacity. The smaller waterwheel just turns twice as fast.

A good substitute for the dank is also the backpack you get off the start, only 8 iron and gold to upgrade it to 3x storage. If you shift-right click the ground with it, you can connect pipes to it.

I think you can put the small cog wheel in front of the big onde if you use the wrench on the big cog wheel so they don’t connect

idk if anyone has said it yet, but a small water wheel is a really easy really quick way to double your rpm- just stick it on the end of your water wheels and give it water, and they will rotate at the faster speed of the small water wheel

i started this pack and i found a nice way to keep my furnaces going was a set up like you had with the sifter but with the fired crucible for basically infinite lava. you can also do something similar withe the barrel to make clay but with water. fluid pipe + Aqueous Accumulator. no pump or power needed just that wrench :D found that the tier 1 cobble gen is all one really needs at this point as it is faster then both the thing i have them hooked up to

I used the sieves to sift my coarse dirt since it has a 100% chance for 1 dirt, 40% chance for a second dirt, then a 40% chance for gravel. This let me basically triple my dirt with the occasional introduction of more gravel.

You can right click a cog wheel with a casing to prevent unwanted connections, which allows you to make less sprawling speed shifts.

the point of the smaller water wheel is that it's twice as fast. so if you don't need a lot of rotational energy, you can use one or two small wheels and the machine will operate twice as fast. another use, is that you can use large water wheels to get the force required, then slap on an additional small water wheel to double the speed. of course this can all be done with cogs, but more options is better than less options. 16:04 you can slap the first large cog with a casing to block off the shaft. then you can place the next small cog directly on top of it without it connecting. that way you can continue to double the rotational speed back and forth in line, instead of having to branch out all over the place.

You might be able to turn the dirt in the botany pot into farmland which might produce a bit faster.

You can pipe in to the dank holder from any side. But you need to connect the pipe after adding the dank. If you remove the dank, it might still receive items from the pipe. It’s bugged.

the dank storage mod is pretty dank

2 Billion is the 32-bit integer limit, so that's strange that Dank Storage doesn't have a Dank 8 with 64-bit integer limit.

İf you are going to work with Create for a while, make a lower floor and have that big cog to small cog system down there wich would clear up some space. But what i think you should do is make the lower level have more vertical room for a Steam engine and thats because a saw that you will need electric whic you can gain with Create.

next i would automate sand sifting so you get lots of redstone

If you use an auto-clicker set to 0.5 sec on the hand crank, you almost get no hunger and sift stuff just as fast.
