#idea create a new character named Josh Williams but he calls himself Blackout he is a bounty hunter, he covers himself in black heavy duty armor and only breathes heavily never talks, whenever he comes after a bounty he tends to use a radio jammer and completely shatters all light in the vicinity flashlights and all he turns it pitch black, he mainly fights with close up weapons or melees but if he can’t get up close he opens fire with suppressed weapons. You can customize the idea further of you like but this is as far as I got
