Welcome everyone, to a brand new Minecraft Timelapse! Today we will be building a small medieval town with some diagonal houses and buildings, this is still a work in progress so let me know if we should continue building and expand this medieval village into a town!

i’ve always appreciated the happy medium between “big build” and “small build.” i like that your builds aren’t ridiculously huge in a way that we literally cannot track with what you’re doing. I feel it lets us appreciate the smaller, more intricate details, rather than get hung up on simply trying to comprehend the scale of the build

Thank you so much frkle, terraforming is not easy but it also not as tough as it seems. It one of those things that just need practise. I'll try and make a video with some tips and explanation for shaping terrain 👍😀

Thank you allen, just keep building buddy, sometimes it's working on the stuff around the build like the leaves and flowers they really help add life to the build, use things like concept art for inspiration it really helps 👍😀

Wow really mind blowing I really like the variety between houses, that’s one problem I have if I try to build a village all the houses will look almost the same

Thank you CHR SRF, I think adding variety is really important when building a village, it helps it look more natural and add so much color to the area. I think just trying to switch up your block choices between each house really helps especially for the roofs, it just adds more color to the area and creates a more organic flow between the builds. 👍😀

One method that seems to work for me is the addition of story to your builds! In this video, BlueNerd is creating a story in a sense. Who is the person owning this house? What would a person of this caliber be living in? Stuff like that. You could test out different types of roofs as well as add features like chimneys and such to give build variety. 👍

I love the first house its really beautiful. I've seen many people build villages in minecraft, but this has to be one of my favourites. Its really impressive how you make it look so organic. Keep up the good work!

I'm watching this in the middle of the night, rain is trickling over my roof, and darkness fills my room with the dim light of my laptop and a small lamp. I lie in my bed watching you build a small little fishing village quite like the one I live in myself, for some reason this video has never made me feel so comfortable, so cosy, so nostalgic as ever before. thank you for this video.

Id recommend if your Gonna do Like old styled builds maybe use Fences for windows Or Just leave them blank with a flower pot With a Cactus Sappling flower Etc
