(Two ideas here) Dinnerbone UHC: Every player is upside down, this includes their camera angle. The controls still work the same, so down would end up being up, and vice versa. Camouflage UHC: Every player is disguised as a random mob (aside from Withers, Ender dragons, or anything excessively huge).
