I have a TON of UHC ideas I would like to share. Item Shuffle: You have to hold the item that chat tells you to get or else you die, this happens every moment or so. Boss UHC: One random player gets Strength and Speed buff for a period of time and they will drop good loot if killed. A new boss will be chosen after that time period. Flash UHC: Every 1000 blocks you walk, you gain a speed buff. Sharing UHC: Everyone has to share a crafting table, enchanting table, anvil all at 0,0 and they share inventories also. Endermen UHC: Everyone has a whole row of enderpearls and water instant kills you. Closing World UHC: The border closes in 3 times faster than usual. Blind UHC: Everyone gets permanent blindness. Also you can maybe make it always night. Ice Age UHC: All stone is replaced with ice and all dirt/sand are replaced with snow. An add on to this could be that all blocks have that slippery effect ice has, if possible. Endless Desert UHC: All stone is replaced with sandstone and all dirt is replaced with sand. Add on to this event can be that the sun is a deadly laser and there's no water at all. Last Surprise: When a player dies, they spawn an ender dragon or an alternative, a random mob. Same Start UHC: A simple effect, everyone starts from 0,0. High Experience Link: Person with the most amount of experience dies each period of time. Popping Popcorn UHC: Everyone has the popcorn effect and gets launched high up in the air every so often. I Am Speed UHC: Everyone has high Haste, Efficiency, and Swiftness. Alternate to this could be for every block mined, block traveled increases the speed effect for haste and swiftness. Nimble Legs UHC: Any amount of fall damage, even a half a heart, instantly kills you. Big Tree UHC: All stone is replaced with wood logs and dirt is replaced with leaves. Inverted World UHC: The world is turned upside down with the surface facing the bottom and vice versa. Terminator UHC: The player bot that some other minecrafttubers showed (Oooga Boooga), starts from 0,0 and gets released to kill players, its also unkillable. Lowest Lapis (Or Redstone) Link UHC: Person with the lowest amount of lapis either in normal or block form, gets killed each period of time. Lowest Kills Link UHC: Person with the lowest amount of kills dies each period of time. TNT? RUN! UHC: Every player gets a lighted tnt spawn on them each moment of time. Lowest Enchanting Tables Link: Person with the lowest amount of enchanting tables dies every period of time. This one is disgustingly good. Turtle UHC: Everyone has double or more health than usual and everyone also has a high permanent slowness effect. Soul Sand UHC: All stone and dirt has been replaced with soul sand. An add on to make it more evil would be to give everyone slowness effect. Super Crit Chance UHC: All swords and maybe even bows have a 1% chance or higher, to deal 2x or even more damage than usual. Alternative to this could be that it can insta-kill, but that seems more luck based. Beacon Homes UHC: There are multiple beacons scattered around the world with all different effects that gives to all players close to it. The material blocks can be covered with bedrock over and underneath it and maybe have the beacons itself be indestructible, to prevent players from taking the material blocks and from breaking the beacons. Falling World UHC: All blocks have the falling effect that gravel and sand has. Glass Armor: All armor has a 1% or more chance to break at any hit taken. World War UHC: TNT falls from the sky. Everyone has a bow, it can also have power with any amount of it and also infinity, with arrows and there's two teams of players fighting each eachother with equal amount of players. Add on to this can be to have the teams seperate on different sides of the world. Fire Trail UHC: All players will leave a trail of fire behind them as they move. It will be delayed for maybe a second so it doesn't burn them when the fire spawns. Burning World UHC: Lava source block falls from the sky, no water anywhere in the world. Add one to this could be that all stone is replaced with netherrack and that, as previously mentioned, players leave a fire trail or/and even have the sun be a deadly laser. Immortal Companion UHC: All players have an indestructible wolf pet with them at all times. Once the owner dies the wolf also dies. You can also give the wolf strength or even speed effects if you want to. King Of The Hill UHC: There is a giant bedrock hill at 0,0 and everybody has a high knockback stick and also person furthest away from 0,0 dies every so often. Hopefully they are possible. I may have more later. Feel free to present your ideas or adjust the ones I mentioned.

Evolution UHC: PvP Starts Instantly and the less players there are, the higher of sharpness AND protection everyone has in total

(so you get spawned a bow and arrow, and have infinity on the bow) :) every time you mine 5 blocks you either take damage or gain hearts you can gig a drill get things in the overworld and when PVP begins, you teleport to the nether every time you hit someone, you either take damage or gain more hearts every 500 blocks you break you get slowness every 500 block you break you get speed the one who breaks the most amount of blocks get eliminated baby mode UHC the person with the least amount of wood is eliminated

idea: Minecraft UHC but when PVP enables, mining blocks is disabled.

UHC Scenario: every 5 minutes the map changes + deadly water So if the map changes you might fall in water...

King of the Hill UHC: - The king regains health as if they are playing regular survival - but only if they are within 50 blocks of the center of the map. - Whoever kills the king becomes the new king. - Anyone may PvP the king before PvP starts. - If the king dies some other way than PvP, the player closest to the center becomes the king. - TapL starts out as the king, at the center of the map.

(Including TapL) Time for a player's revenge. Just wanted to make a suggestion for it, anyways. UHC : A randomly chosen player is picked, and when that player shoots someone with a bow, everyone gets hit with two arrows. (Including that player)

UHC: every minute the person with the lowest tier of armor is killed instantly, it can kill from almost everyone to maybe no one :3
