For patrick i feel like his buffs in water would be like resistance 1 and strength 3 or 4 bc he could literally beat sandys 3 sisters in arm wrestle when there was food so there was food infront of you or your in the range of the food iteam that was on the ground you would mabey get strength 4 (if there was strength 4 idk) mabey even a bigger speed buff and ofc he will have regeneration 4 or 3 bc he is a starfish he can regenerate his whole body
