Not possible unfortunately, brightness settings are entirely client-side so it can't be enforced. But being in darkness could have negative effects, like getting poisoned or something

none of these suggestions would work nbt would work with vanilla /give but it was obviously being made with a plugin, so you would not be able to modify it. you could not use any form of 32k's or anything with nbt you would not be able to give yourself enchanted books as the enchant is saved in the nbt not in the name potions would not work properly either, as their effect is stored in nbt

The vanilla /give command is utterly OP, you can literally escalate to creative mode, or worse, execute any command. Just /give a sign with Text that has a clickEvent, where you can enter every command

UHC idea for Halloween (SpoopHC): Everyone has Slowness and Blindness 3. Everyone who died comes back as a killer (without the dubufs) to find and kill the living. Last one alive wins. If you die as a killer, your gone for good. You can't win as a killer. All killers spawn with a diamond sword.

Minecraft UHC idea Bounty Hunter UHC Every Five minutes after pvp enables, a player is chosen as a target and who ever kills them gets a reward, if they survive the 5 minutes they get the reward, every player has a compass pointing to the player that is the target, the reward can be God Apples, Diamonds, Dirt, Prot 4 armor, sharp 5 sword.
