Pretty sure the LittleBigPlanet DLC Pack can't be used on cross-platform either. It's exclusive to Nintendo like how LBP is exclusive to PlayStation

That's because cross overs of First Party or exclusive IPs need to be restricted to the owners' platforms... most of the time... And that can for example explain the Mario and Sonic at Olympics series to be exclusive on Nintendo's hardware, because it includes characters from the Mario franchise, which Nintendo owns.
