Next Packaging's high-grade Semi-Automatic Web Sealer with Shrink Tunnel machine is especially use to wrap packaged drinking and mineral water bottles, soft drinks, juices in 12, 24 & 36 bottle-packs.
Shrink packing is used on large scale in many industries, including Distillery, Brewery, Food, Beverages, Pharmacy, etc. It’s suitable for all kinds of shrink films such as PVC, POF, PP , PE etc. Its some parts are pneumatically operated. Its sturdy design and semiautomatic nature leads to less involvement of labour and improved productivity levels.
You can adjust the heat settings and conveyor speed of the shrink tunnel in order to heat a shrink film properly. As the heat is applied to the shrink film, the film gets conformed to the product tightly. Shrink tunnels are a great option for medium to large scale production environments to increase production while offering a consistent shrink rate to all products. These ergonomically designed tunnels guarantee an impeccable result, with specific focus on the end customer.
Working:
As different products and materials require varied heat exposure, it's important to adjust the temperature and conveyor speed in the first stage. Then, the operator has to just manually place the bottles, say 24 items, in the container/carton and feed the same onto the conveyor belt. In the first stage, the shrink film would get wrapped around the container holding bottles and then it would automatically go under the heated chamber so that shrink film gets tightened due to the heat at a pre-set temperature.
