This is a really fun video. Thanks for putting it together! One thing that confuses me a bit is that you are calling rt 209 in PA 'Old Mine Road', but showed a map with the road passing through Flatbrook. That's on the NJ side, and the road there is called ... Old Mine Rd. The mines are a short distance north of the Delaware Water Gap, and are accessible via well-worn trails.
A favorite aspect of mine hunting for me was doing the historical research and finding these old maps and books that provided clues to the locations and mining aspects of the sites. I would imagine the mine today and had a deep curiosity of what remained. awesome video Mike and team. Loved the sunray tunnel colors and your video captured it well.
Hey Mike Chris Thomas hope things are good just wondering if you're interested in going on another adventure I have dug out a mine insurance that my dad took me to when I was a young boy.at that time it was as small as a groundhog whole, now you can walk in 1700's unknown many more about 50 Acer's of obvious workings lots of clues definitely a new mystery. Blue ridge mountains of Southwest Virginia not sure if it's native Americans but we know it's extremely old. Virginia department of energy is supposed to come and look at it possibly research I believe you would love to see this I hope you have a chance to respond
