When you use the paper punches on the pockets do you cut the decorative paper 1/4 of an inch smaller to get the offset with the black paper that you have?

Beautiful book! I love your tutorials, I'm a new subscriber. I have looked high and low and cannot find that edge punch that looks like vines. Where can I buy one? I also went to your Ebay store, bought a bunch of things but this specific punch was not offered. Please help.
HI Diane. I believe that edge punch was discontinued shortly after the tutorial was launched. I recommend using a different punch. The "Embroidery" EK punch is a deep edge/large punch that would look beautiful in this album .
hon, I put my pages together but I think I did something wrong... my computer screen is a little dark so its hard to see..(or it might be my aging eyes) haha. anyway, the very first page..does it go to the right of where the book folds closed? or do I need to move it to the right more? thank you!

I find if you put a little liquid adhesive on the double side tape you get a little wiggle room when you need it. I also put my double sided tape on the back of my pages after any pockets and before I start to embellish. This is turning out beautiful.
Great tip Debbie!! This is a good tip for those that have a harder time getting their scor-tape on the back of pages because it's uneven from the embellished front.

Hi Shellie, I'm so glad you made your pages the way you did. I just finished up an album and put my pages down like you did (figured what the heck) and there's been no movement whatsoever and each page has pockets adding weight. The only difference is I used wet and dry glue (just a personal preference!). I've got another project on the horizon with more pages and will definitely be trying this instead of any hinge binding system.
Would you make an album using heartfelt creations flipfold album and the flipfold inserts? This would be very helpful to me since I don't know where to begin. When I order from your shop every thing comes very quickly and your prices are wonderful. I enjoy watching and making your albums. You are awesome.

Hi Shellie, I purchased this paper last weekend to create a wedding album. I was so happy to see this video, as I am a beginner and want to make an album for my friend. I am confused with all the binding systems. Have you ever had any problems with the system you use? I would hate for the pages to rip at the binding.
Never EVER a problem with the way I construct the album. You will be fine and it will last. :) Have fun creating your album and just follow along with the tutorial.
Hey Kel, I have been with Shellie since the beginning and learned through her how to make my first and all the rest of albums and I can guarantee her method is the absolute best and never ever had any problems at all so feel rest assured yours will be perfect if you watch her making the page first and then watch again and pause doing it yourself. You will amaze yourself when its done. Have fun creating!

Are you going to get more of the beaded lace in? I saw that you are out of stock. Also, I couldn't fine the first flat lace you showed when going over the materials needed.

I just wondered if you sell your beautiful albums you make, if so I would truly love to buy some from you as I think they are the most beautiful I have seen. Please let me know if this is possible.
