BTW...I don't think Valeri talked too fast especially being her first album. I'm sure she is a bit nervous with the guys working close by and having to talk over the noise. She did a great job!

I love this album and the tutorial. I found somewhere in Australia to buy the paper and I have made the album following Valeri's very detailed instructions. Thank you so much. I was even confident enough to make some small changes to the last couple of pages to suit my needs. I have one question about the picture mats ... do they have patterned paper on both sides or just the front? Thanks again.

Thanks for visiting my channel. Valeri did an amazing job on this tutorial. You can put paper on both sides if you'd like. She did them single sided I believe, however, adding extra paper on the back side gives you more room for photos or journaling :)

Is the paper for the pages 65 lb...? How well does that hold up as a page versus 110 lb paper...? I'm new to album making, and I am curious how well the 65 holds up, seeing as tho I have a plethora of 65 lb paper... Thank you for sharing...!!! HI. I use both 65 lb and 110 lb in making albums. 65 lb will hold up so if that is what you have on hand, use it.

I am a new subscriber and am loving all of your videos!!! I was wondering if you could tell me where you got the pointy clamp you used to hold the eye of your closure? I tried your website and your ebay store but i don't see it. The clamps i have are all big and bulky and i am afraid they will damage the covers. Thank you for your time!!

Hi Michelle. Welcome to my channel and thank you for subscribing. My husband got those rachet clamps off ebay. You can do a search for "rachet clamps" and I believe some will come up. Ms. Valeri,I have a question. How do you keep the medal tip from clogging and closing up?

Hi Denise, this is Valeri. I have a pin that came with the metal tip and I try to keep it in as much as possible, even between uses. It does get clogged on occasion. Be sure it's on tightly when you first put it on so that it doesn't oooze glue from the bottom, this seems to help too. Shellie might have a better idea she can give you.

Thank you Ms. Valeri, I tried the pin and it glued itself I couldn't it out. Brought another one and was afraid to put the pin for fear of it happening again. I think I just give up with that tip. Thank you.

I'm so gladyou you did this album. I didn't think I'd make a smaller one, but I made a haul on 6x6 paper pads, and this will work beautifully. Nice to see we can use the 12x12 paper pads. Shellie and Valerie you are so easy to follow. Easy instructions, and my friends that I have shared your utube to are just as happy. They make beautiful albums as well. Thank you from our gang. Hugs

Love this tutorial! I will be making this but I do have a suggestion, the music and noise in the background is very distracting. I can ear music and what sounds like people etc.....I would also suggest that she slows down a bit when she talks.... Thank you for the tutorial..

thank you :) Unfortunately the noise in the background is from our shop next door. I asked the guys in fabrication shop to lower the volume of the music as it's also distracting for Valeri when filming. Valeri works at the hobby store so she's got her own office space to do these tutorials but with all the other things going on, hard for her to have complete quiet sometimes. She'll read your comment on slowing down tomorrow when she comes to work. Thank you for the suggestion. We love to improve with each one of our tutorials. She did fantastic!

I love this tutorial...Its a perfect size...I have several Dr.Seuss books that I am going to cut up and make this album for a client of mine. I plan on using the covers as my chipboard... I also have tons of 8x8 and 6x6 paper pads which will be perfect to use for this size album..And yes she is fantastic. I have made most of your albums. I started scrapping about a year ago and I follow you. Thanks again

Tamara Kennie Valeri and I use a Big Shot die cutting machine that we run our metal dies through to get the die cuts. We first stamp our flower image on 65# white cardstock then ink it the color we want. The matching die plate fits over the stamped flower image so you can cut it out. I have a flower shaping tutorial you can visit. Just RU-vid search “flower shaping Shellie” and it will come up
