This woman brought me so much serotonin in that past few months and I'm so grateful. I've had it pretty bad with my mental health the past several years (2017ish being when it declined) and she has brought me so much happiness recently. I feel so welcome whenever I see her pop up on tiktok or here or on Instagram and I haven't felt that way for a majority of my life so thank you Lynja. You really are a true ray of sunshine.

Mmm! What I do is, i use pie crust as "cookie dough" and I roll it out into a little circle, then I put the filling in! Then I do like, the lattice design? I forget what it's called, but then I put some egg wash over it, some extra sugar and cinnamon on top, and bake! Best apple pie "cookies" ever!!
@@audreym3908 sure! Ingredients: any already made pie crust that you want lol (I used the Pillsbury brand) some canned apple pie filling 1 cup cane sugar Half cup ground cinnamon 2 eggs Directions: Lay out (or roll out) your pie crust, and cut circles into it or use a circular cookie cutter! (Save some crust, about 2 cups of it, you'll need it) Then take no less than a spoonful of apple pie filling and plop it into the center of the pie crust! (Don't spread it out so it's covering all of the crust, just leave it in the middle) Now take that extra pie crust and slice thin-ish straps long enough to go over the apple pie filling. Lay 2 strips down horizontally over the filling, then lay two strips vertically over those strips evenly spaced. (Note: press the strips into the crust that holds the filling ,the bottom one) Egg wash time! Crack ur eggs, whisk those bad boys, then dip a brush into the egg and lightly "paint" the cookies with the egg wash. Now that you're done with that, take your cinnamon and sugar and just put them into a bowl or on a plate, and mix! Now take a spoonful of your cinnamon sugar mix and sprinkle it on top of the cookies. Almost done! Place your cookies on a baking sheet (Don't forget to use parchment paper!!) And bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes! Let cool, and enjoy with vanilla ice cream! Hope you have fun making these, they're delicious!
@@mikayla4338 what an easy and tasty recipe! I've never baked a thing in my life but this makes me feel like I can get started with premade ingredients and still make tasty stuff ☺
