Ingredients🇬🇧❤️🇲🇺
For 4 mini baguette
200g bread flour or A/P flour
130ml warm water
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp instant dry yeast.🇬🇧❤️🇲🇺
Mix all ingredients & leave the dough to rest.
Leave to rest until the next day or until it is double in size. But the longer the dough rest the better the result.
(If you need bigger portion only double the flour & water rest of the ingredients remain the same.)
Bake 220 deg for 20-25 mins
