Mini Chocolate Chunk Cakes in Appam Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Small half cup melted butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- Chocolate chunks
Process:
1. Take powdered sugar and melted butter in a bowl and whisk them together. Once well incorporated, add the warm milk and mix again.
2. Add the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of baking powder. Mix the batter well.
3. To make the mini cakes, heat the appam pan and lightly grease it.
4. Fill each cavity halfway with batter, then add a chocolate chunk in the center. Cover the chocolate chunk with a bit more batter.
5. Cook the cakes nicely on both sides for 1 minute each.
6. Dust some icing sugar on top of the cakes and serve warm.
