मेरे पास ऐसा चाॅपर आहे. एम्टी रहता है तो दोरी खिंचने से ब्लेड घूमता है लेकीन उसमे सब्जी डाली तो ब्लेड घूमता नही.और कुछ भी कटींग कर नही सकते.

It is a very poor product especially with reference to the safety design. I suggest this be removed from consumer's procurement. The blades are too sharp & must be kept away from children & careless people. Recently a person's hand got slit by the blades when equipment was stuck trying to remove. Please be careful and handle with extra care!
