So pretty Nia, your color selections always amaze me. You are so good at selecting just the right shade of each color, and at consistently reusing those same shades in each painting to make them cohesive, even though each painting is a completely different object. You are so good at knowing exactly which paints to mix to get the exact shade you want. I would love to see a video or maybe even a tutorial where you teach us about which colors mix together to create new colors and different shades of colors, and what are the do's and don'ts in mixing colors. I know it would be helpful to me, and probably other viewers as well, even if you just teach us the basics in color mixing. I love your paint palette selections also, I think you have done a video on that previously, but it would be nice if you could do another video and maybe give us an idea of which paints you would select for a basic starter palette, then which colors you would slowly add to create a more comprehensive palette, etc. It is obvious you can paint anything and mix any shade you desire with the paints you have selected in your palette. Again, thanks Nia, and Merry Christmas!

These look gorgeous. I never seem to have enough time to do everything I want for Christmas. I started getting supplies ready about 3 months ago but am still behind now (with just a few weeks to go before this Christmas). There are just too many fun things to do from the wonderful world and uploaders of RU-vid! Eleven hours to go to watch this: that'll be around midnight tonight in Sydney, Australia. Will have to try not to fall asleep beforehand. Then again, that will probably be the coolest part of the night since it's going to hit over 44 degrees celsius - that's 111 degrees fahrenheit- tomorrow. Have to get some gardening and Christmas prep done tonight when it's not so hot.

Beautiful cards Nia! I painted the bauble for my adult niece. The paint mix I made was too dark so I rescued it with some white gouache and darkened the edges by mixing in a little Jaune Brilliant#1 and it worked! Thank you for a wonderful design and your detailed instructions were great as usual. Happy Holidays!
