in this video I was sent a induction kit from a company who are very well known for there induction kits panel filter kits and performance bits for cars called (RAMAIR) to fit this induction kit to my car and was gifted it for all the work I have done on this mini im very pleased with how it performs and how it drives and how much the supercharger whine is ALOT louder then before now you can really hear the car charging up which im really pleased with it
we will be doing a test drive on the Mini Cooper s eventually as I know there is many people waiting on the outcome of this car well I can truly say the car is finished everything has been done and the car drives AMAZING and faultless

Looks stunning mate,I’ve just bought my wife a 52reg one it’s had lots of new things put on it but all standard,I’m going to get the new coil pack done if it’s better than standard so if will save the headache later.

Mate I’m a big fan and believer of these cars now mate I doubted it but the hard work paid off and I’m really pleased with it very very fun car to drive Kevin a old man like you it would scare the death out of you lol 😂 so light and just so QUICK of the mark George has the videos up mate of the test drive that was BEFORE the installation of this

Hi daughter had a r53 Mini Cooper S code reader comes up with 5fdo pump failure change pump with replacement still coming up as pump failure anything else to check for,great Chanel regards ally

Haven’t got to drive my r56 Mini yet because I’ve got to fix some oil leaks. After seeing that test drive video of yours with a supercharger kind of makes me want one haha. I hope my turbo is just as fun as that one looks.

Nah mate I drove a turbo one the other day mate and it’s NO WAY near as fun because you can’t change that pulley that pulley makes all the difference and the w11 engine is more reliable as it don’t have valvetronic timing chain issues so no matter how much power it’s reliable everyone told me avoid the r56 that’s when mini went to pot even people now are still telling me w11 is the best engine and everyone will tell you that everywhere

Bmw & Mini Doctor yeah I know they have lots of issues. It’s low miles and I got a good deal on it I think. Hopefully I can have some fun with it then move on to the next one! You ever do any walnut blasting? Any good alternatives to it. Don’t want to pay an arm and a leg but I’m sure mine needs it. Walnut blasting is one thing I don’t feel like tackling myself.

Mate never done it on that engine but I have done it on the N53 with great results but the car can run rough for the first few miles as there will be crap still that goes down into the cats which you can’t get rid of so it has to burn off that’s why mate I went for W11 cheap to maintain great power output and the fact it has a supercharger easy serviceable and if it was to go finding another one cheaply isn’t hard readily available everywhere

I will mention I have made sure the throttle body was connected properly and also checked the ecu was fine

MAF sensor is unplugged mate you need to reconnect make sure all plugs are plugged in have you pulled out a vacuum line while doing this why did you unplug throttle body there was no need to unplug this

@@BMWDoctor I unplugged the throttle body as I also changed the inlet hose to a silicone one like you have done, where is the MAF located?

@@BMWDoctor it runs fine, I have drove it, pulls the same feels the same, that's why I'm unsure on the maf sensor, I have a feeling I have plugged it back in

I would do a reduction pulley mate and do not believe what you hear reduction pulley sizes is all dependant on your driving style if your not gonna be red lining it or tracking it and just using it day to day normal driving 20% is perfect providing you uprate the intercooler if your gonna be tracking it I would advise a 15% I got 19% which is basically a 20% pulley and it produces more then enough power for this little car how light it is bear in mind majority of what you see on this car has been sent as I’m working alongside quite a few companies with this car the same as I do with my Bmw’s so all parts are sent to me for testing and quality purposes I mean if engine blew I would just put another in no questions asked it’s not a issue for me I’m also about to do the chrono pack on mine as mini owners are having problems with lights on and mileage problems when they change it so I’m gonna show how to switch over with no issue

@@CarsExposed I believe now im running 170bhp but I have a tuning company who is gonna do the JCW injectors for me and for free providing I make the video they are gonna sponsor my car its planned in for the next 2 weeks I need to take it there right now I believe now I dont the pulley im running over the level of what the ecu is delivering fuel and air wise so I need to get it sorted asap but I believe once my mods are on I see this car making around 200bhp with no issues I was told to do the induction kit so when its remapped we can get alot more air in and more fuel thanks to the injectors as the JCW air box has one like this just covered BUT ramair are known for there induction kits and I aint ever heard of any problems on ANY car with these fitted

Great until i saw i had to reuse the rubber bungs. my car already has a kit but its rubbish. Going back to stock is even more expensive than buying one of these but i still need all of the original fasteners...literally even nut and bolt ..so fucking annoying

Amazed by the amount of rubbish around the CAI. The stock system IS CAI and works fine with 2 cold air intakes! If you want to increase air flow just enlarge that little piece of rubber (from 1:38) which has a restrictor in it (btw at 1:38 one can see furtively that the restrictor has been cut off already). Increase further ? Enlarge further like the JCW. Costs nothing and retains the original look. If you think that the stock "C"AI doesn't work well just insert a thick plate of exhaust gasket between the left and front side of the airbox and the engine. Again, cost peanuts.
