This company is absolutely a nightmare to get your products on time and the owner Ryan is the most demeaning and disrespectful owner I've ever encountered. RYAN the owner will threaten to ruin your business and then lie and try to cover up their lack of competence all while insulting your business and treating small businesses like we don't matter when they screw up. No accountability from anyone at this company. Just horrible
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you had. It's as if they screwed up on their end and didn't want to admit it. Whatever the case, I have a question: do you use a freezer to keep your donuts before taking them to an event to cook (warm up) and sell? If so, then how many cases will fit in your freezer? If you don't use a freezer, then do you just wait for your order to arrive that week and then a day or two later immediately to the event to sell your donuts before their shelf-life expires?
Most vendors are NOT allowed by their health department to operate a fryer without the appropriate exhaust system. This oven allows these vendors to sell donuts. These are delicious donuts that the public enjoys. Because there is no frying required locations where donuts can be sold have greatly increased. Plus clean-up is greatly reduced.
