My beer dispenser arrived today, I order some kegs and I can tal them. The connection won't fit and the tube won't push in the top either

I have also created a group on facebook called 'mini kegs and mini keg machines / dispensers / kegerators' to share experiences and tips as the instruction manual it comes with is not very good ( perhaps they have improved it since )
