Hey Tony. There is a really easy method to fold it. Put your foot on the retraction pin, but don't push it yet. Push the whole stem away from you and then push the retraction pin with your foot. The retraction pin will get pushed down and now you can fold it. The solution is genius since the more you push the stem towards you, the more it locks it self.
I was reckless with it during Chicago winters and the motor ended up catching either snow or water and now it's game over LOL. I ended up buying the Leger Pro, which is great. Good luck on your purchase. You will like it. Lmk if you have questions on how to fold it. Don't go crazy on top speeds. You'll enjoy it even at lowest one

I now have put on 500 kilometers in the city of Chicago and that's during summer, fall and winter. That's also over rough terrain like railroad crossings. Mini 4 pro better then leger my opinion the 4 pro is lighter also it has solid back tire leger have to worry about flats an it's 45 pounds both goes the same same exact motor but the leger do have really cool lights only thing better
