How were these little girls able to do this complicated choreography, go to school, study and do BabyMetal work all at the same time? Su, Yui and Moa must be superhuman.
.. Yui already burn out.. She push her self to the limit.. After 5 fox festival.. And end at big fox festival.. Yui cearly struggle there.. She hard to move like usual.. Congrats to moa she realy true supermoacan..being moa metal dont stop her to be a collage student at top 5 univesity at asia..
@@SP-bt9mp if iam not mistaken environment engineering.iam forgot what university.. I got that information from some idols news that write about a college student named kikuchi moa came to doctor because she can't hear temporary.. She used to hear metal music..and had tight schedule...
I like Moa. When she is hugging her companions, with its enormous energy and joy that characterizes. To look after the stage and switch to a fully professional attitude.
I love them all but I have to say Hana is my favorite among these 3. She is the prettiest IMO (though they are all gorgeous) and she is the best singer. Dancing - wise I can't pick between them?
Soufriere OMG you are so right. Her voice seems a bit lower pitched. And she seems more present and less shy on camera. Still seems shy and humble, kinda like "am I really an Idol?" Would love to hear her current singing voice.
I truly adore the intricate choreography that J-Pop groups do in their dancing. It is refreshing from a Westerner standpoint. Over in North America, we have our Pop stars dancing seductively, focusing primarily on the hips, whereas in Japan, they incorporate some very complicated moves that utilizes sharp hand and finger movements. Not to mention, J-Pop has a much higher emphasis on cute, rather than on sex. These girls work so hard and it shows!
Just the entry onto the stage in this song would have caused me huge problems. If I was the first person, I could easily see myself taking the other two off the edge of stage while shuffling backward.
Lot's of indie bands worldwide trying to do a 80's music with NES feeling and Sakura Gakuin deliver 3 cute grils singing about making a hamburger with all those elements plus EDM plus dance plus kawaii.
The Japanese music industry is blowing everyone else out of the water right now. They can do EDM, dubstep, metal, hard rock, soft rock, pop, classical, everything in between, and mixes of all of them flawlessly while having adorable little girls dancing in ways that put most American pop dance bands to shame.
In America, when you talk about a produced band, something created by a music studio or producer, rather than a band that gets a job with a producer, it's a bad thing. But when it comes to Japan, they actually strive to make -good- music. Not just music they can make money off of. So you end up with something like this. Talented singers and dancers performing songs that are actually good. They don't use auto-tune, either. These are live shows, so that means their singing has to actually be good. And in this case, it definitely is. Crazy part is, two of these girls are the 'scream/dance' combo from a wildly popular band. The other works currently as a musical theater performer in a popular Japanese establishment owned by Amuse (the company that produces Babymetal and Sakura Gakuin). It's just crazy to think just how -good- the music and quality of talent that has been put out by Sakura Gakuin/Amuse. And they don't JUST do produced acts. They also have One OK Rock, a fantastic band that has enjoyed some level of international success. This kind of song just makes me happy, and I am unrepentant in loving all things Sakura Gakuin. Japan is schooling the rest of the world on how you handle the music business.
agreed...i have not listened to any U.S garbage currently since BABYMETAL. a year ago.way too much going on you tube NIPPON..cloud 9 bro all genres..music structure and fandom so devoted im close to be declaring my ass OTAKU. オタク.
Don't forget Perfume... One of the most popular J-pop group ever... In the case of those so-called "organic" bands, if they made it to the big league, 99% of them did have to sell out to a label to make it big... so the origin might be different, but the end product isn't much different.
Well.. maybe she's dancing somewhere.. just not in public eyes.. but still hoping somewhat that she returns (either as BM member or as a solo artist) and show her dancing (and singing) abilities again
@@droidflash599 - Mini-Pati predates Babymetal, yes, but Moa and Yui _IN_ Mini-Pati does not. Mini-Pati started in 2009 with Nene (Green), Marina (Yellow), and Raura (Rose). Suzuka joined them sometimes. Moa, Yui, and Hana took over as the new Mini-Pati on July 23rd 2011. Babymetal debuted November 28th 2010.
After Suzuka signs a long ballad, Amuse should bring in Hana to Babymetal so that they can do a Babymetal version of this song with the same choreography. She would be a perfect fit as one of Suzukas minions.
Babymetal has opened the floodgates. There is no going back now!! I agree with some comments that JPop dance moves are somehow entertaining and at times complex. These ladies are real pros at such a young age. How did I not know about them for so long?
Sorry, I can't speak japan and my English is so so : I'm french. How this talent was able to be forgotten in Europe. Thanks to Wikipedia : when I wright " Japanese musical group" on Google and see about twenty groups, I heard all ever and, I see Mini-Patissier. I prefer this group in others. It's beautiful
Moa is overflowing with grace and expressions. She just topped both Yui and Hana in this performance. And just look how fluid their hand movements is at 3:00 (especially Moa's)
@@onebadassmuffin - No. And even *_if_* Hana is best choice to be Yui's replacement (I prefer Mirena Kurosawa), I don't think Hana will leave her current job in Torahime which she seems to love.
