@@liensgarden301 sounds like a good day for a cup of tea, milk thistle is really good for the liver and could save your life if poisoned and eat a table spoon of it, but definitely look it up, also as tea I like the taste kind of a nutty flavor. @@oddball-z thank you, I am not at home tho, waiting for my daughters Vietnamese class, normally we will be in the courtyard waiting for her but it is super cold so we are just sitting on the stairs in the building.
