Say you're scrolling over your feed, and you leave your screen on a video for a few seconds and it autoplays, without the sound. Any video that autoplays for atleast 3 seconds counts as a view. So, while it may seem like he got that many views, some of them are probably from people not actually meaning to watch the video. Still, I do agree he deserves a lot more, and it's stupid how this is allowed to happen. Oh well.
