Ingredients:
Oil-1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 Tsp
Fennel seeds-1/4 Tsp
Medium onion-1/2
Small green chili-5
Curry leaves sprigs-1
Chicken breast-2 Or 280 Grams
Salt-1/2 Tsp
Large Potato-1 Or 300 Grams
Jaffna curry powder-1 1/2 Tsp
Water-2 Tbsp Or 30 ML
Lime/Lemon-1/2 (according to your taste)
Dry Yeast-6 Grams Or 2 Tsp
Sugar-1 Tsp
Water-40 ML Or 2 Tbsp + 2 Tsp
Let it sit for 6 minutes for the yeast to activate
All purpose flour-310 Grams Or 1 Cup + 3/4 Cup
Sugar-30 Grams Or 2 Tbsp
Salt-1 Tsp
Large Egg-1 Or 45 Grams
Butter-30 Grams Or 2 Tbsp
Room temperature milk-60 ML Or 1/4 Cup
Room temperature water-30 ML Or 2 Tbsp
Knead the dough for 12 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius
Bake for 30 minutes
