Seen lots of mold and mildew on boats over the years from dust that collects moisture and such as long as you clean on a regular basis you will stay on top of it. A boat cover helps loads and so does a covered storage for the boat, to keep everything looking sharp. Every one can recall seeing a boat that is very new but looks really old because they just sit in the sun, not good on the gelcoat or the upholstery. I use to own an old mahogany cabin cruiser and buddy that took a ton of upkeep to keep it looking sharp. Keep up the good work!n

Great job - keep 'em coming! Weird that your batteries are in the starboard lazarette. I'm sure yours isn't the only boat like that, but most seem to be on the port side to balance someone sitting at the helm (mine are actually in the aft dinette seat). I got my windows tinted this past weekend - woohoo! Should help cut the heat in the cabin.
