Thanks! I make moulds basically out of everything🤗I don't think anyone will ever talk me into buying a 3D printer as long as I have bi-component silicon!
I enjoyed seeing the bits of colors you used and how they resulted in a hint of the color you needed. The bright yellow for the off white of the cauliflower, the neon green for the lettuce. It's so satisfying to watch. 😊
Brilliant! I love both projects! I’m thrilled to have found your channel. I hope to see many more videos by you. I have subscribed and hit the notification bell. Your instructions are so easy to understand. Great job! ❤
Nature is amazing. I've also made a mould with a bit of romanesco cauliflower which has fractals too and it turned out great, although I had to use regular polymer clay and bake the piece before extracting it from the mould, otherwise I would have dmaadegd the details. This one is rounded and flat so it was easier.
I LOVE THIS!!❤️🥰 I have subscribed and will be sharing this with Tiny Friends. I want to definitely give this a try. I have been wanting to get some of the mold putty. This is brilliant and came out so realistic. Thank you so much for sharing!❤🥰
Hahaha! Ooh, I love it! Something about those teensy cauliflowers makes me really happy 😊 I wish I had bought one today! This was a brilliant tutorial. You are very easy to listen to and you give very clear instructions. So glad I seen the message from Shyla recommending your channel. I can't wait to create my first mini cauli! Thank you so much x ❤
Thanks! It was very kind of her to mention this channel, especially because it is just a baby channel, I'm super new to RU-vid as a creator (of course I've been learning a lot from this platform over the years, but never made tutorials). Also I'm glad you say that you can understand me, some people said that I speak too soft and cannot hear properly. I will try to speak louder in future videos.
@@CeciliaPMiniaturesyour baby channel will be a fully fledged adult soon! Maybe get a mega phone, haha! On my phone, you sound pitch perfect. Really love your work. You inspired me to make some mini cabbage people 😊 I used the leaves to get impressions on the clay and they look really cute. Next time I go shopping, I'll be making cauli people! x
Yes, it's really easy and it's got infinite potential, you can virtually replicate anything, from food to cutlery, even stone urns! (I made a short about the last one)
I've got neither. I use a regular pencil and parchment paper to copy and transfer my drawings. But after seeing this, I think I'll try it, but with my typewriter! 😅
Thanks! I have also made a Short about the same process with another real vegetable (romanesco broccoli), although the video quality is very poor, and it doesn't really do it justice. I'll have to take a picture of the final result and publish in a post
What a great idea and even a better outcome! Very beautyful and so realistic! Just wow! You could sell that! There are millions of people having miniatur things as a hobby and the things you can buy are not that realistic like yours!
Ok, I will. The bi-component silicone putty was purchased at a miniature fair years ago but they can be found online as well, I'll see if there's this one specifically. The air drying clay is by Fimo and I bought it on Amazon. I'll add the links soon anyway, thanks for letting me know
I've recently helped my cousin painting some of his miniature trains, and it was 1:87 scale, I honestly don't know how you guys can handle such a tiny scale! Almost had to use a magnifying glass!
Ha. I know, that's why I switched to 1-32 narrow gauge.😄But even that seems too small some days (can you imagine working at 1-160 N scale???) @@CeciliaPMiniatures
