The minis I don't keep the boxes unless they're super cute or if a set has window packaging. I've kept more of my full size boxes in case I need to pack them up for a move or if I ever sell some.
That is beyond my knowledge unfortunately. I've gotten these mostly as gifts with purchase or sample sets around the holidays. You'd probably have to contact the manufacturers to get enough to start a business.
