This is the best schnauzer grooming video on RU-vid , Hands down , I’ve watched a lot of grooming videos for mini schnauzers and this is really the highest level of grooming I’ve ever seen.
Hello ! Thank you very much for watching my video. I’m very happy to share my work with you . I hope this RU-vid will help you with your grooming techniques. The clipper I’m using F.I.A which is Japanese clipper . The shears I’m using in this video are the Utsumi Handmade EX75 & EUW85 that are made in Japan. In the first part of the video I was using EX75 , and in the second part of video I was using EUW 85 . I handmade the table in this video so that it worked best for my size .

Stripped and correctly groomed Schnauzer has to be one of the most beautiful and coolest things ! It has to be the first time I see someone make a correct Schnauzer chest on youtube with the proper shaving of the front of the shoulders. SUCH a pretty job and such a pretty dog. Well done Kazuaki! From the moment the coat is ready to be handstripped . how longer you will wait , how difficult it will become . Even to train the dog and to get used to be handstripped, standing on the table . Normally the breeder starts with it . So it's then up to you to keep him trained . Kind regards .

They're talking about the back. You can clip the chest and rear like he did. Clipping the back results in the soft undercoat hair growing instead of keeping it wiry. Hence you get the discolouration.

This video shows the use of thinning shears on a stripped area of the jacket. This is a mistake. Do NOT USE THINNING SHEARS ON WIRE AREAS, unless the dog is in an overgrown sectioned coat and there is no other choice but to scissor the long areas to stretch the jacket through one more show before restripping. Also, at 8:08 it also shows the use of clippers on the front of the throat. These areas must be stripped to retain colour and texture, never clippered. Another serious error.
This groomer is undoubtedly very skilled and the finish created is amazing. The miniature schnauzer has an excellent temperament and a beautiful coat. This video is extremely helpful for groomers and even pet parents. I only feel bad that a miniature schnauzer who has had its ears cropped and tail docked, likely only for cosmetic purposes, is being used to show a "breed standard" look. Those painful procedures were probably only done for aesthetics and not for the benefit / welfare of the dog. If this is a working schnauzer I can understand the reasoning for the docked tail, however cropped ears are unnecessary and although I would like to think only sensible people are watching this content, ear cropping should not be promoted, due to the implications of unsensible people taking it upon themselves to have this "look" for their dogs.

It's still allowed in Japan to crop the ears and Tail . This video is not about the Procedures about this handeling for the welfare of the dog. It's all about the grooming and how to groom correct a schnauzer . Hope you understand . Thank you .
The angles, those cuts are so SHARP in every way. I have a totally black mini who would look sharp like this but his colors matched the lines perfectly.
