Miniature babies boy and girl River are such a sweet tiny size at only 7 inches each! River was sculpted by Shy Mrofka, and both were poured and finished by Maria Lynn. They have armatures to help them post realistically, and they're so cute in their doll house nursery! These little twins have pampers diapers, small blue and pink pacifiers, and don't forget holiday outfits for Christmas!
