You probably won’t learn the Casual Brainfrack in one session but eventually - after a decent amount of physical pain and mental torture - you may succeed. Just stay motivated, it could be much worse and harder: future miniloops like the Brainfrack, the Utter Brainfrack and even the Infernal Clusterbrainfrack are already in the making.
