Girl! Give us a pregnancy update! What’s on your minimalist baby registry? Did you set up a nursery? What are you doing to prepare for birth? Do you have a birth plan? What’s in your hospital bag? great ideas all around , except one spending time with friends . it’s not that i don’t love people i do too much . but i’ve really been broken and hurt deeply by other people even destroyed by them so i simply have no friends and spend absolutely no time with other people that i do not absolutely have to because i no longer trust anyone not anyone to truly be a real friend . i still love people and am kind to them . But i have come to terms with the fact and know there is no one who cares about or loves me because i’ve come to know this is the way mostly that people are .

I don't look forward to cleaning as a process but I love a clean space and do what I must. Living with so many people means more stuff that they own and more mess. It's my dream to live alone so that my space is simple & clean. Happy Mother's Day!

I used to try to ignore the dust on the furniture and all the knick-knacks that I had. Now that I have less to move, I don't mind dusting as much; it really surprised me!

Sorry to hear you had the diagnosis you did. I am glad you are feeling so much better because of minimalism though. It is nice to go into a home where it is clean and welcoming. My mom keeps telling me her house is welcoming to people and it is filled with clutter, but she does keep a clean house despite the loads of stuff she has on counters and dressers and such. I tell her, "I think YOU are what makes it warm and welcoming, but your house is not." We have a good relationship so I can tell her it in that way. She constantly compares her home to my aunt's and uncle's place which is clutter stacks all over the place in their packages still and all. . .and I keep telling her to fix her own issues of her clutter instead. She knows I can tell her that since I am clutter free. Anyway, great video!

I have always enjoyed your content and even just looking at images of your home makes me feel relaxed and peaceful. I’m just wondering if your husband is also onboard with a minimalist, tranquil home. What advice do you have for those of us who live with partners who are not bothered a bit by messes and clutter?
